Hello, JackN4Beats and everyone else who has an issue with ETH withdrawals

My name is Natalie and I am the current community manager for FortuneJack casino here at Btalk.
I am very sorry to hear about your recent experience with a withdrawal, but I want to inform you, that there is a small technical issue which we are currently working on.
We do understand the reason of your confusion, because transactions, including withdrawals, are indeed confirmed from our end, but does not show up when contacting Etherscan.
They have recently restarted their server, as we have requested which almost fixed the mentioned issue, but up to 15 withdrawals are still not confirmed from both ends.
We do take responsibility along with Etherscan, but what I want to clarify is, that this is not a scam nor this is a try to scam our valued players, technical issue is coming from in-between and we are working hard to resolve it for you.
What will happen next is - We will allow few more hours to see if the transactions will go through after resetting the server (to avoid double payouts). If it won't work, the winnings will be credited to the mentioned amount of accounts manually from our end.
Rest assured, I will personally make sure to keep an eye on this case and get it resolved as soon as possible. Will keep you updated.
Technical issues really come no matter how much you try to avoid them. In this case, there is not much that Fortunejack could have done to prevent it though I find it very professional that Natalie's owning responsibility for this issue. More power and hope this gets fixed soon.
