If you're not abusing any referral system or other promotions they may still consider to have more accounts. But you can first send the message to the support team and keep that email has proof. After that movement never use all your old accounts even though you get your password back. In that case, you can explain to them clearly after creating a new account you never used your old accounts. But any of these accounts are referred each other than that may not be allowed.

Yeah, if you are betting on two different accounts, what makes that better for you? I only see one good reason, that is to get the affiliate commission from the other account you are going to use. So, I think you should just leave the other account and just use one account to play to prevent any mishaps. Good luck gambling!

Same reason they are many different slot machines in a casino. If I'm losing on one account why is that? Because of your server/client seed. Switching accounts may not help, but I have seen it completely change before by just changing accounts. I don't want no shitty affiliate commission. What we meant by current situation not affecting the player-base is visual bug having no actual effect on the Jackpot amount.
Of course all players will be paid their due regardless of amount displayed incorrectly in the Jackpot section until the issue is resolved for good.

I agree, I have an account with them since 2014 and I have never had issues with it depositing and withdrawing even until now. Maybe the guys who are creating these scam accusations really did something stupid and bad that would result to their accounts being banned or locked. If you weren't doing anything bad then I guess you will not be repremanded for anything.

If the reason is because multiple accounts then it is their own faults as it is clearly stated on the ToS page that multiple accounts is not allowed. Why you should worry if you are not breaking any terms/rules.

But I don't agree that they are scamming people funds but they are quite slow in giving support to the gamblers issue and all payments are not instant. But they will surely pay winners for their winnings. But make sure you don't break any of their terms and conditions. Surely they need to improve a lot in providing accurate and quick support for players issues.

If I'm not wrong, no site will allow you to create a money self-referral accounts to gamble. So one should read the terms first before complaining about the site. If you follow their terms, and still they terminate your account then it is their fault otherwise, it is user error. For users mistake we can call site as a scam site.

I have to agree their withdrawl system works much better now. I had countless problems with them regarding withdrawls in the past, just made 1 and it was almost instantly sent. Compared to the past, they have improved the withdraw system 100%
