They have this issue for a quite long time. Any time you contact support they always say that some unplanned maintenance and can't guaranty how long it will take to clear funds. Their standard answer is you will get within 24 hours. I don't know what is wrong with them, last few months they have this issue.

unplanned maintenance? why there a lot of unplanned maintenance?
withdrawal are a sensitive thing ,
someone could draw conclusion quickly when they feel it was not satisfy just to cash their money out.

i have withdraw my btc yesterday and it took approximately 6 hours untill reach 1 confirmations and i don't know why seems conformations of transactions was happening with pretty long but i think if maintenance already complete btc will appears to your wallet soon so nothing to worry about it

@ralle I withdrew coins yesterday without any problems, but I had the same problem one or two weeks ago. Just wait, they will send you your coins.
Also check transaction history, sometimes it has red "failed" mark, in that case contact live support so they can send you coins back to your account.

I can say it wasn't about the network because if my withdrawal came through I should see my wallet containing an unconfirmed but that wasn't the case. I saw that the request in my transaction details was "failed" and now the amount was credited back again. Thanks for the help.
