But still, sometimes they delay payments for half day to send smaller transaction below 0.1BTC. Even though they delay the payment but they will send it for sure.
The only delay on withdrawal i have faced till now is when i try to withdraw to new bitcoin address. They will ask you to prove yourself by replying on one confirmation email which may arrive after few hour after you request withdrawal. They have sent me coins almost instantly after replying to that email. Other may also experience this if they change withdrawal address.
The delay is not because of that but FJ is delaying to approve the transaction for smaller amounts. I do agree that if one change withdrawal address then they can't process it until they confirm the email id. But they are still delaying most of the smaller transactions and people are not so much worried because at the end they will get their money back.
