Callum Wilson was my first choice but what I don't like about picking him is he hasn't been starting for some of the matches this season lately.  He's prolly nursing some minor injury or something?  Dunno..  But he's a pretty decent footballer from what I've seen of him before.

As for Saka, it's frustrating.  Last season if I picked him, Martinelli, Odeegard or some other guy scores.  Then when I pick Martinelli, Saka scores.  Lolol.  Now I'm doing it with Jesus.  :/

@tokeweed it’s purely coincidental that it’s happening to you, and coming back to this round I’m surprised that Mitrovic didn’t score because I really thought that he would continue his fine goal scoring form. Also Halland is definitely scoring and he’s my contender for the golden boot award, however when it comes to Kane I’m doubtful because just when I feel that he’s back to his old self he kinda starts to underperform.

If this is your second account you should first report to the support team because if not then you will get in trouble in the next withdrawal
I've seen other cases and the problem is exactly the same as yours even if you don't claim any bonus so should report first and follow the support team's instructions after that you have valid evidence if there is a misunderstanding.
The user should proactively contact FortuneJack support with a request to check their database and find the past account which is unused from now on. Then the user can ask the company to close that old account and make the current one is the only account of the user.

It will help to avoid any suspicious consideration against the user. If you proactively ask to close your account, it is fine. Especially if you don't want to have issue with withdrawal or more important withdrawal after you fortunately have big win.

I'm not pretty sure on this my suggestion, but maybe why the verification fails to take place in your email, maybe it's because you have  used for the account that you have lost, because sometimes when you are registry for a platform that requires digit number and if the number is being used on that particular platform, using it for the second will not be accessible or acceptable by the platform, maybe fortune jack platform do recognize an email. But using another email for the creation of the account would have be preferable.

Maybe it could be regarding an IP ban or something? Why did you lost your previous account? Did you just lose the password or something like that or did you get banned somehow? I know that many places which ban users will end up banning the whole IP meaning that they would not let you create a new account there as well.

If it is nothing like that and you just lost the account and you want to register again, let the support know with an email so that it would be written proof and then you would be able to come here again and ask what happened. That's a much better method because it allows people to actually have some written complaint about something that they can show later on.

True, as long as we inform about the case first to the support and if they permit us to create a new account because we lost our old account, it wont be a problem. How you can distinguish between a person created multiple accounts with genuine reason and a person created multiple accounts in order to cheat? There's no cheater will tell to everyone if he's a cheater, he will act like a genuine person to make the casino trust him. I see no reason why the casino need to trust stranger words instead of asking KYC to verify if it's belong to different person.

Multiple accounts rule aren't something new in online casino, even the casino you promote also forbid the usage of multiple accounts.

In my own experience, Fortunejack tends to solve any problems adequately but you should not expect instant E-Mails. They need to look through your claim and find a solution that will be alright for both parties. I would also advise against rash decisions like making another account so soon. Better to wait for feedback from Fortunejack and if need be, ask them if its alright to make another account, because their rules say only 1 account per person.
