What coin/token you are using? Do you read the terms if there's changes on the confirmation requirements on each coin? You're already contacting the support consistently then why you didn't ask them directly to get quick answer. FJ reps last online here was April 14 and probably he is on vacation right now since its weekends. Contact live support for your problem since they are fast to response rather than wait for feedback from other user.

It was bitcoin. It is just odd because I’ve been playing there for years and as soon as their is one confirmation the deposit would be shown. But my last four deposits I’ve had to contact them to get it credited
