About the moderation policy how could someone commit a red trust violation, what is possible to do to aware this violation and about the merit system how can we avail it in order to rank up our stage.

Forum moderation and trust feedback are completely separate systems.
Trust feedback is left by members based on their view or experience of dealing with other members and is not moderated by the forum admin.
Merits are awarded based on the quality of your posts. There are merit sources who actively look for good posts as well as other members showing their approval by awarding them.

Some 'vain' topics are actually quite interesting, if not educational. I agree with the introductory code, though it is interesting to see, some people are quite creative. One of the full advertising posts with the referral code on it all as it was posted when the tradehill opened? What about low content posts with code in the signature? They are mostly spam and not really beneficial to the forum.

How difficult would it be to implement a voting system for posts using the current forum software?

How does one determine low value of a post?
In most cases, it's quite obvious [1] but in some cases, it's subjective [23]:

[1]:
1. No zero or low value, pointless or uninteresting posts or threads. [1][e]

1. Such posts like "SELL SELL SELL", "I agree", "+1", "Support", "Watching", "Interesting", "LOL", "SCAM", "LEGIT", "FAKE", other one word posts, posts consisting mostly of swearing, quote pyramids, useless introduction threads, threads about a topic already recently discussed in several other threads.

[23]:
23. When deciding if a user has broken the rules, the staff have the right to follow their interpretation of the rules.[e]

23. This rule is meant to prevent from users exploiting possible loopholes in the rules or some interpretations that follow the literal meaning of the rule rather than the meaning of what it truly wanted to prevent.

or Add job option to the Home forums.
We already have such board: "Services"

I really think post are regularized or categorized by moderators rather than calling it crap or low value post easily. And I it is a great help for newbies and let them give a boost of motivation.
It won't happen (not feasible - Requires way more manpower and it's really unnecessary [IMO]).

Either ways you can edit your post after it is being posted on a thread. So i don't think that should be the focus on this forum. How about implementing Vote pools, or Add job option to the Home forums. I know I the place can be vandalized but with strict forum moderator the place can turn out good. Because there are so many job opportunities in cryptocurrency. Without a special thread for it, posting job opportunities around other threads will still be regarded spam. I stand to be corrected though. Just adding up...

Hello there guys, how can I earn a merit? cause I don't have one. And they said that you need it for you to rank up? is that right?
You earn merits by posting helpful information. That is correct you need some merits for the next rank. You can read more about it here.

Edit : If you still have some questions start a thread on Beginners and Help.

Most times o make a post and it is deleted without any explanation as to why it was deleted. Can someone tell me why posts get deleted when it's not abusive, shout, spam or links?

A small selection from your posts which have escaped deletion.
These are referred to as shit posts or spam, they add no value to the discussion and are routinely deleted by moderators under official anti spam policy.
Post when you have something of interest to say, not just for the sake of increasing your post count, probably to get some sats/exposure for your signature (which doesn't work).
Shape up or ship out. (google it)

I commend the moderators for being very active, but I'll be guided as to why posts are just deleted outrightly, it will help
Most likely, it had to do with other rules (what you're seeing on this thread, it's just a few rules [refer to: Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ]).
- Also there's this:

To do so is reasonable. a way to fit the system. Participants will limit the spam, the content does not mean
