The policy to not remove anything worked when the forum was small. Now that we have thousands of posts a day, we can't afford 50% of them being junk. The moderators are now instructed to be less tolerant of low-value posts.

Some guidelines:

1. Free speech - you can say anything as long as it is relevant and presented in a calm and polite manner. Swearing, SHOUTING etc. make your post more likely to be removed.
2. No zero value posts or threads, like "SELL SELL SELL"
3. No pointless or uninteresting threads.
4. No referral code spam
5. No NSFW content

but what if our project is really promising?

The rules still apply whether your project is 'really promising' or not. What exactly are you not not ok with here? You want to be able to shout and swear about it or what?

I would like to know about how post quality is determined and I would be glad to hear about all the factors that makes our post spam.
Determining the quality of the post depends on the readers perception.

Or copy and pastes, which is what that post is:

It's not a bad idea to remove junk and spam messages. But I would like to know about how post quality is determined and I would be glad to hear about all the factors that makes our post spam.

Saying a thread is useless is not debatable because I personally have come across some an it was utterly a waste of time. But I think people who fall into this category are mostly newbies, but sadly not everyone would read through rules before making a thread.

Even for sure many newcomers are not interested in the rules, they are just trying to earn a rating ...

As long as you are not posting off topic in the discussion and you don't do redundant and repetitive post. There are long posts but has content of repetition, there are short posts that contains exact answer. If the question is answerable by yes or no, don't make it long unless you are defending or describing something.

One clarification, how does the post classified as non valuable post.
For in-depth explanations, refer to "this thread instead (scroll down for examples)".

1. No zero or low value, pointless or uninteresting posts or threads. [1][e]
~Snipped~
1. Such posts like "SELL SELL SELL", "I agree", "+1", "Support", "Watching", "Interesting", "LOL", "SCAM", "LEGIT", "FAKE", other one word posts, posts consisting mostly of swearing, quote pyramids, useless introduction threads, threads about a topic already recently discussed in several other threads.

Some time the vast is valued for newbees but not for elders in the forum.
Exactly, so it's subjective:

23. When deciding if a user has broken the rules, the staff have the right to follow their interpretation of the rules.[e]
~Snipped~
23. This rule is meant to prevent from users exploiting possible loopholes in the rules or some interpretations that follow the literal meaning of the rule rather than the meaning of what it truly wanted to prevent.

Agreed. Also, a voting system should help.

Entertaining threads are, by definition, not useless.

True. Problem is, most of this forum is entertaining in one way or another, I'm only here three weeks (2 lurking) and I'm already trying to kick the habit Smiley

Forum moderation policy is much needed in this activity like your post is unrelevant and nonsense the highness of this forum will made their actions against you they might give you a red trust sanction or else they deleted your post so be sure of your posting..

If the topic was deleted, the number of posts in it meant it was deleted and the number of activities decreased ?

Yes. Your activity would only decrease if that was the only post you made in an activity period. Please read this: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/faq-everything-you-need-to-know-about-forum-activity-account-ranks-and-merit-2766177

It is a very good idea though to have moderation in this forum since it will help ensure some level of politeness across all posts. My only worry is it may become subjective and the moderators will determine which post should stay or be removed.

A step in a wrong direction. Now moderators will decide which posts have "low value", which posts are "uninteresting" or "pointless". In practice moderators will delete everything they don't like. The words "free speech" above are thus an obvious lie.

The moderators are experts and i believe they know what post have low value, uninteresting and pointless so is a step in good direction.

I have a question .

As a newbie I have many problem regarding cryptocurrency. If I mention my all problem will the administrators think they are useless and ban me.??

Is there any limitation to update post Per week ?

Please someone explain me.It is a great help

Just asking simple questions probably won't get you banned but copying and pasting someone else's post (like you did here) could get you banned.

Limited Liberty is ok. Too much of Liberty is dangerous as it may affect the interests of other members. Anything may be stated as long as the interests of a majority of members are not affected.

Is there any possible way to un-ban profile?

Not when you get caught for copy and pasting:

There are some get mad by getting red trust to their account what is the real basis of their fault, some are protesting is their a way to erase the red trust they got?

Trust is unmoderated so nothing to do with this thread. The only way to remove red trust is for the person who left it to delete it. That means they must resolve the issue with the person involved directly.

About the moderation policy how could someone commit a red trust violation, what is possible to do to aware this violation and about the merit system how can we avail it in order to rank up our stage.

Forum moderation and trust feedback are completely separate systems.
Trust feedback is left by members based on their view or experience of dealing with other members and is not moderated by the forum admin.
Merits are awarded based on the quality of your posts. There are merit sources who actively look for good posts as well as other members showing their approval by awarding them.
