Regarding the possible fake emails, well each one use the email they want, how to prove that an email is fake?

Try to send an email to certain email address and see whether the destination server (e.g. gmail.com) decide to bounce or reject your email. But in practice, people can just create new email address or use temporary email address service.

Whoever does this only harms himself. Because you will never receive notifications or contact from the administration/moderation in case of need.
Therefore, whoever does this is with the aim of filling the forum with spam. There is not much interest in this type of user.

* Email should has a quick and prompt response to enable both banned and active users to communicate their feelings.
Their feelings lol… Banned accounts are usually nuked because of plagiarism. Whatever feelings they have can be communicated in their ban appeal thread. Active members can always make a thread to say whatever is on their mind.

* Forum should indicate either puple, green or white colour lights on users who are online. This will enable easily replys when is post or comments are made.
You can set it yourself. Go to account related Settings on your profile.

* Forum should make creation of newly register accounts easier to avoid making people to make use of fake names, emails and ID's.

It’s your choice whether to use your real name or email address, I wouldn’t recommend you even use your real name to register an account if you care about your privacy. I don’t think the registration process is difficult, the only difficulty I had was choosing a username. I initially wanted to go with SatoshiPrincess but the name Satoshi was reserved. Apart from that, it was as easy as registering on any other website. The only difficulty one may have is the evil fees.

It literally takes a minute to create an account, but a part of me thinks you might be referring to issues surrounding units of evil. Am I correct? Regardless of that, it's not a good practice to use your real name or anything that connects your online persona to your real identity [websites/forums are always a target for hackers and if they manage to gain access to the database, then they could use such information for all sort of things]!

If yes then BTT (Bitcointalk) do have merciful rules like if you violate some rules like spammy posts or bust posting and plagiarism posting or using AI content to get attention etc. Then you will not be banned instantly but you will be alerted with a warning so next time you should not do that.
AFAIK, the highlighted part results in a permanent ban.

Live support
How many staff will you hire for live support and how much are you gonna pay them? If we have a live support here will no longer be called a forum, but maybe an e-commerce website. That question you want to ask like support, there are millions of users ready to answer you when you create a topic with it.

It doesn't concern the community if you registered with your real name, fake email or whatever. It is no body's business. Here is not a company and no KYC needed.

You can be able to know if a user is online by checking their profile and you will also be able to know the total people online at a particular time.

But I notice no form of mercy, no form of live support chats, no indication of users who are online.

Members being banned have been unbanned base onbthe condition for the banning, if you talk about live support, then the entire community does that once you post on something, you quickly receives reply on it from anyone, regarding users online, check their profile to know when last they were active, tag or pm the user and he will receive a notification which will also draw gis attention online.

* Am suggesting the forum to open a live support chat to both banned or active users.
This will help forum users to explain better of their errors, mistakes and plagiarism acts.

There's no better explanation one can make than the open one you have right to create an appeal on Meta if you're banned and the whole community check into your case and give their opinions concerning that.

* Email should has a quick and prompt response to enable both banned and active users to communicate their feelings.

Seems like you have been once banned and your request to appeal through the email address stated on the ban notification seems not to have responded, that's why you have the Meta board where you could make an open appeal, yet that does not guarantee you being unbanned.

* Forum should indicate either puple, green or white colour lights on users who are online. This will enable easily replys when is post or comments are made.

Why should you know who is online and who is not, what does it benefits you, this is not a social media chat you're used to, it's a forum, anyone can attend to you when you make an enquiry.

* Forum should make creation of newly register accounts easier to avoid making people to make use of fake names, emails and ID's.

That us keft to you to decide, everything about bitcoin or bitcointalk is on privacy and they respect that for you, if you think you don't need it, that's left for you, you can choose any username you like as long as it has not been taken.

*  Forum should make available new reviews from the old rules and regulations.

They aren't rules that got outdated, but additional ones can be added but for bow I don't think there's need for that.

I don't quite understand this. It's already quite easy to make an account. I don't see how making it easier than current would deter fake names, emails, IDs etc? The way it is now works fine I believe.

It didn't contribute anything!
We all use nicknames, maybe some closer to your real name and others further away. And this is totally relevant to the normal functioning of the forum.

Regarding the possible fake emails, well each one use the email they want, how to prove that an email is fake?

Anyway, really every time I read this type of suggestion more, less credibility I have in the OP.

Based on the first two suggestions, this sounds like it's coming from a member who has been banned recently Roll Eyes The suggestions following the first two barely make any sense.

* Am suggesting the forum to open a live support chat to both banned or active users.
This will help forum users to explain better of their errors, mistakes and plagiarism acts.

* Email should has a quick and prompt response to enable both banned and active users to communicate their feelings.

Both of these are unlikely. The support functions would be flooded with requests, spammers, etc. and would require a probably-impossible amount of manpower to properly maintain. If anyone has a problem with their ban, they can appeal it already. It's not common for a ban to be reversed, it's also not common that a ban is unworthy to begin with (based on all of the appeals that I have read).

* Forum should indicate either puple, green or white colour lights on users who are online. This will enable easily replys when is post or comments are made.

There is already a green [online] status for users who have opted into this feature. It shouldn't/doesn't necessarily effect the ease of managing replies.

* Forum should make creation of newly register accounts easier to avoid making people to make use of fake names, emails and ID's.

*  Forum should make available new reviews from the old rules and regulations.

Staff already do this to an extent and members are able to discuss changes in Meta. If enough support is gathered, changes are made. In my opinion, the forum already has a good rule-set in place and change is possible enough as it is for this to be worried about.

Your word "should" is very confusing. You, being a beginner, should come and start telling everyone what and how the forum should be. This forum has been around for a long time; don't you think you are too confident to talk about the forum's shortcomings? Do you know the proverb: "You don’t enter a foreign monastery with your charter"? Think about it at your leisure.
There are rules that are very, very easy to read. If newbies decide to break these rules, why should the administrator listen to their explanations? Is a forum like a kindergarten, making every violation sound like "I didn't know, and I won't do it again?"
I don't know of another forum with such easy registration where alternative accounts are allowed.
Did you know that in many forums today, you can only register with one IP and have only one account, and after the ban, you will not be given the opportunity to appeal?
Do you want OP such changes?

If they did not mind to read forum rules, why do they mind to explain their errors ?

Live support is for business. Bitcoin Talk is not a business forum and why admins have to pay salary for people who give live support for spammers and members who broke forum rules?

Do you see the domain name dot org that is for organization?

Forum rules and welcome message are very first must read things for them.
The purpose of the forum

This forum exists to provide a platform for the free (but ordered) exchange of ideas. If you have an idea to express, then it is probably possible to do it here as long as you follow the rules.

Why should there a mercy for Users that broke the Rules ?
And there is a live support here on the Forum , its called " Community " and you will get that in META Board if you need something that belongs to the Forum.
Perma banned Accounts need no live chat as they are not allowed anymore to use the Forum.
Complains about banned Users can be written in a Topic where you only allowed to write if the objection of the ban belongs to your main account.
I guess it would be just a spam party in the live support chat.

What do you mean by fake names? For anonymity, users are not expected to use their real names; that's why any member registering a Bitcointalk account always has a choice of username to answer. These suggestions are really not what @theymos would consider, because they are not in any way affecting the forum's function, and there are really other important things he would be doing.

I think that it's already very easy to create an account here.
What's a fake name or email? You can make up any name you want, nobody is going to force you to use your real name here. This is a privacy-oriented forum.
If you use an email that doesn't exist, you'll just hurt yourself in case of a lost or stolen password. Just make a new email if you don't want to use the one connected to other services like bank accounts and such.

This is a forum, for me it doesn't make sense to have a live chat.
Honestly, I never understood the idea of some forums to have this.

I think the great advantage of a forum is that you can post, organize conversations and never miss what is being said. A chat, on the other hand, can give steel to some information if it is lost or not well interpreted.

If you want to communicate with moderation, send a PM or open a topic about it.
It is true that you speak in support chat, but this is no company. It is a forum, where it tends to be very open in communication. That's why a post, topic or PM should do 90% of the time.

This is not like a service or something, this is a community, so obviously there will be no live support or anything for that nature.

And just like in real life, if you are new to a community, then it's better to ask people around about the law or rules. And then search this forum for more information. We don't like spoon feeding newbies here, you really need to grow and become mature. Again, I will suggest that you go around and play for sure  there are a lot of threads already and you might find the answers to your questions, just saying.

which type of mercy are you talking about, like if its regarding to ban, or blocking of accounts? If yes then BTT (Bitcointalk) do have merciful rules like if you violate some rules like spammy posts or bust posting and plagiarism posting or using AI content to get attention etc. Then you will not be banned instantly but you will be alerted with a warning so next time you should not do that.

Here are some rules of merciness like if you do spammy posts it will be deleted by moderators and then your account will be temporarily banned and when you break the same rule 3 times your account might be banned permanently.

If the forum can look into the following needs as a polite suggestions it will be great.
I totally agreed with your suggestions, like a live support will help you a lot when your account got banned temporarily or permanently.
Like you can get useful information from this topic about how to recover a ban account??? or read this topic Your Account got Banned ? Look first here ! . These topics might help you or at least give you an idea of getting them back.

You simply follow the rules and no need of live support and this is already open discussion forum where you are free to ask any doubts but if you are caught plagiarising then you already know about it no fun in asking support for it.So this is not possibly a best solution and best is to keep yourself aware about rules and regulations so you don't face any problem.

* Forum should indicate either puple, green or white colour lights on users who are online. This will enable easily replys when is post or comments are made.
We are not here to chat and you can make post whenever you are active in thread you want to make. Moreover if you visit the profile of user you can find current status whether he is online or last seen on forum. There is aslo record for timestamp of each post made and each stats so you need to check it out in more detail.

* Forum should make creation of newly register accounts easier to avoid making people to make use of fake names, emails and ID's.
What exactly do you mean by fake name? Many of us are using forum usernames as our identity but have real names in our life so it is not clear to me what you are talking about. The email should be private not open to public because it attracts scammers to your mailbox and it needs to exist as well. You can easily register on forum if there is no evil fees attached to your IP address.

when an account is banned, there will be information when the account is online. then it's clear what to do next. such as sending to Email and creating a new account to create appeal threads in Meta.

* Forum should indicate either puple, green or white colour lights on users who are online. This will enable easily replys when is post or comments are made.
it's already there and you can see it.

You should know this forum is not an exchange, which may ask for KYC in the future.
more people on forums want to remain anonymous.

This isn't a service providing platform like an exchange or gambling so I don't think we are in need of live support and if you still say yes please give some convincing points.

Forum official email may take forever to give a reply but you can easily contact the forum admins or moderator via PM and most of the time you will get a reply in few hours.

Haven't you noticed the last active under the profile tab of user profiles?

On that note the forum has primary rules that conide with plagiarism, Spamming, frauds and scammers, bans account, block account, merits and support. This area are essential aspects of the forum.
Scams and frauds are not moderated, so no special forum rule in relation to that.

A live support would require increased moderation. A steep investment for users to "communicate their feelings".

I have not used the email option, some changes might be welcome there.

Online indicator is available. You can toggle it on and off.
Profile > Account Related settings > Show others your online status?

This is a privacy forum, you do not need to use your real name and details.
