Okay, I'll explain.
There shouldn't be any negative tag. Whether an account is banned is up to the moderators to decide. In principle, the tag does not need to be set in this case.
Only a ban.
Is it better now?
Yes it is better now. My bad. I think there are some cases that the alt account is not banned but for ban appeal if I am right. This is quite confusing too when the rule didn't state that using/creating another account is not allowed and will also get banned. I'm sure you know that better than me.

Not right. Read the rules again. If you think that it is possible to create a new account, and after it is discovered, a person receives a negative tag, then this is absolutely not the case.
No matter how many accounts are created, after the first account was banned, everyone else will face the same fate.

It is strange that you and your rank do not know this.  Sad
What do you mean not knowing?. All I explained is about the possible outcome and not about everyone face the same fate. Why everyone always tells me read the rules when it is bookmarked and if ever I forgot one then I'll have to recheck. Care to explain about what I didn't know. I'm open for corrections and your expertise.

25. Ban evasion (using or creating accounts while one of your accounts is banned) is not allowed.[e]

The chances of getting your account unbanned is very low as explained in post above. Creating another account is a ban evasion and would get red trusted for ban evasion. Explaining your reasons why you should be given a second chance is not good then i'm sorry to say that unbanning of your account is impossible. Try to appeal and you may be one of those people or one of those 2.98% people who appeal to unbanned their account.

can you share me  the email adress where i can sent apeal
No, I can't. I am not sure whether the email accounts are somehow user specific, or not. Anyways, you don't need anyone else to give it to you, you can see it in the ban box at the top of the page after you log in. I think when you copy the message (like you did), the ban appeal email gets shortened automatically. Probably to protect it being visible on the forum and having people mass-spam it.

According to OP initial post, it seems like that isn't the case:

The email changed, hmm? I did remember seeing the @edward extension some time back.

The email is displayed in the ban message. Should be ending with @theymos.e4ward.com
According to OP initial post, it seems like that isn't the case:
Sorry Helen_1, you are banned from posting or sending personal messages on this forum.
You have been permanently banned by a forum moderator, probably due to spam or plagiarism. You may appeal here, but your chances are not good: [email protected]

This message received me from my another account how to recover a banned account? anybody can help me please???

@Stefanie302: You should have searched before making this thread. I was under the impression that I had already posted what you could try to do but then I realized that another post[1] was made yesterday - with the exact same situation - and you couldn't even bother to look at the current topics being discussed on the Meta board to see an answer for your situation. I'll quote my reply[2] from that thread:
Quote
Check out this[1] thread where I'm sure you'll get all the answers for your next steps (if you decide to proceed with them). Be aware that it's not very usual for a banned account to be unbanned. Take a look at this thread[2] - last updated July 19th - and you'll see that from the 67 ban appeals, only two were unbanned. This means that only 2,98 % of those users actually managed to get their account back, which somehow indicates that whenever a ban happens it usually is accompanied by a good arguments/reasons.

Like the message says, you are probably banned for spamming or plagiarizing other people's posts. Those kind of bans are usually permanent.
What you can do is send an appeal to the email address that is displayed at the top of the forum after you login in. But pay attention that it's the correct email address. The thing you posted in your OP is not correct!

You may appeal your ban also by creating a thread in Meta from an alt account (in this case it's your Stefanie302 account) and explain why you believe that the forum admins made a mistake and how you have contributed positively to the forum. If you don't have a history of positive contributions, it's going to be hard to get your account back.

What you are not allowed to do is use that account to make other posts outside of your ban appeal thread. And you have already done that. Go and delete the post you make in the altcoin section otherwise this account of yours will also get banned because of ban evading. When one of your accounts is banned, you can only appeal and request for the ban to be lifted, but you can't participate in other discussions like nothing happened.

When I saw the username "Charles" in the last link you shared, I immediately though of Charles-Tim lol but it's got nothing to do with him.

Lol, I had the exact thoughts when I glanced at that username. Grin

Not me . Grin

How to recover a ban account?
Honestly, very difficult, almost impossible.
You should first prove that is your significance for the forum is such that you deserve a second chance.
You should also get great support from the forum community.
These are roughly the conditions set by the admins to reconsider any permaban case at all.
I don’t see you being close to meeting these conditions at all.

They probably expected that their actions would stay under the radar. They only shot themselves in the foot with threads like this one in which they are acting ignorant and asking why one of their accounts got banned. There are more eyes on them now then ever, and new dirt keep popping up.

This is the most obvious reason for the ban. Spam.
And plagiarism.

Here is just one of the posts that got nuked:
https://loyce.club/archive/posts/5835/58351191.html

Here is one of the posts where the information could have been taken from. But maybe that one is also plagiarized from somewhere else and is not the original one:
The change of basic technology will bring application innovation. Ethereum's two-tier and three-tier technologies are becoming more and more mature. The opportunity of industry transformation still lies in Ethereum's layered technology. It should be proficient in two-tier and three-tier technologies as familiar with bitcoin technology. Bitcoin is very stable and unchanged. It is the best investment. But I think Ethereum is more fun.

I am sure there are more examples like the one above.

Well, exactly. You're right. Here's another example. This is the farm DdmrDdmr asked about.

Engaged in necroposting and plagiarism, they again change "strategies"
Here's an example of copying the same post. The accounts that copied someone else's post refer to a recently discovered farm.

Looks like your Account https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/helen1-3402238 got nuked ( means the Account gets banned and all posts gets deleted )
According from https://ninjastic.space/search?author=Helen_1 you have got 16 posts and all got deleted as your Profil here on the Forum shows 0.
Dont know what you have done but looks like maybe hardcore spamming , or something else .
To get an answer you have to wait for a Moderator or a Global Moderator if he see something in the logs.

Your name is in here also : LIST ANN threads that are using bumping services

I did some search and it seemed the OP simply copy pasted from the Chainlist.Finance post without quoting him.

Post made 1 day later.

Each post contains an ad for chainlist.finance. You don't have to advertise everywhere. This is the most obvious reason for the ban. Spam.
