I just a new member on this forum. How to get that coin?

Check each rank how much coin you will get , and this list show you how much time is required to reach the ranks .
You will of course need to post constantly which means at least 14 posts per 2 weeks

So in case you guys are wondering how long it takes to rank up: I registered in early 2014, but didn't start actively posting until about September of 2014.  From then I've posted pretty regularly; on average of about twice a day.  Because of the complicated timing rules, not all of those counted for 'activity'.

I just got "Senior Member" a few weeks ago, and I expect at this rate "Hero Member" will likely take another year.

If Monero takes off I'll just pay the 50 Bitcoins as a show of extravagance to have VIP Status.

what do you mean by the 'best way'? there's only two ways to get out of newbie status; get to Jr. Member by activity or get to Donator/VIP status by donating 10/50BTC.
it's obvious which one is the best way.

yes and no.
i have another idea 2.
example: you account is banned for posting for 2 week reduce activity for 4 week period and continue to post and send pm.

what about this idea.

so they can get their ban lifted by sacrificing 28 activity? am I right?
a legendary member with 1400 activity can evade a lot  of bans with that kind of feature.

this is suggestion from me but maybe with greater outcome 14 for two weeks of ban plus double for remove ban so it will 28+14 = 42

I suggest to take into account inactivity as well
for example when you don't post once every 2 weeks, you can actually loose points once you become a senior member

also scaling the needed activity/posts/login time dynamically somehow (certainly for higher ranks) seems reasonable.
Maybe even add trust to the mix.

amen to this
it would be great to see this coz for example i was on vocation for 4 weeks i logged 2-3 times for that matter and sometimes i dont logged for whole weekend

Why would it be great to see? You want to lose activity points and possibly rank? There's no point in that. Activity is how many periods you have posted in not how many you haven't and you most certainly shouldn't lost points just for taking a break.

It's pretty shitty being a suck ass newbie. I think I have to wait 1.5 months to become a Junior Member. It's pretty embarrassing tbh seeing so many established members around & here's me with my one gold coin.
Rank means very little around here. In theory users should judge a persons response, by quality and not because they have been here a long time. You'll find a lot of legendary accounts here which aren't what I would call quality posters. All rank means is you registered at a specific time and have met each activity period, which is easy to do.

The only thing which does 'suck' being a newbie, is the waiting times between actions I suppose, although that's completely necessary in my eyes.
