How much posts or activity is needed to be able to post images ?

It's really not that hard to understand .
You only get activity if you have posts , and you get max 14 activity per two weeks .(So if you don't have any posts you won't receive any activity and if you have posts , you will get max 14 activity per two weeks) . Now for what comes to how much it will take your to rank up etc .. then this should help you :

I have been searching for this thread on how they calculate rankings here on bitcointalk google have give n me this thread from my current position of junior member I should wait at least one month to become a member which is a good ranking since I am doing signature campaign
is that a question or a statement?
either way. you only need to wait at least one week and four days to become a member.

Most people here are really dependent on getting Legendary status... It also seems like something to show off.

So if I signed up October 09, 2015 why am I only showing an activity of 24 and being listed as a newbie? There are people who only joined last month with a higher ranking. What am I missing or is it an error?
You need minimum 30 posts to become jr member.
You can't get more activity than posts.

Any value for gold coins?
What makes the account valuable is the rank (which is related to the gold coins) , when you rank increase , one coin gets added (and sometimes coin get half colored) .

I've adjusted the limits to make spamming more difficult.

I don't think there is restriction for posting pictures , you can post picture and it won't matter how much activity you have or rank you are .
You should simply upload your picture to an img hosting service like imgur and put it on the IMG tags like this :

you need to be atleast Jr Member to be able to embed images instead of link, so it requires atleast 30 activity

I didn't knew about that Junior member restriction & no you don't need 3 weeks , but you need 6 weeks which means 1.5 month (since you get 14 activity per two weeks and not one week period)
First two weeks : Activty 14
Second two weeks : Activity 28
third two weeks : Activity 42 (but only 30 is required to become Junior member) .
