I don't understand this new activity thing. Please give a example to tell us the formula for activity.

Just search activity in Meta and you'll get lots of explanations. You can get a max of 14 activity points every two week period and you need to make 14 posts to get them. However, you only need to make at least one post in the fortnight period and then you can collect all the missing points at a later date by making the required anount of posts.
