Allowing newbies to put a picture in their profile would be nice
Maybe it will become a possibility with a special rank higher than copper member.
Don't know if theymos planning to introduce it soon or no but a silver member with special features for every rank might be interesting (ie. avatar for newbie + jr + members, less waiting time than copper...)

Have the conditions changed for newbies to post pictures in their message? Need to dial at least 30 messages?

Nop, that didn't change (30 activity, not messages). You can alternatively post the link to the image instead of embedding it, upgrade to Copper member or just make another constructive post and wait for the activity update.

Someone should make a bountie about reading forums rules and FAQ for these kinds of ico hunters. Gave them a cookie per correct answer may works also...
Or how about when someone signs up a new account they are given links to those threads then they have to pass a test to prove their knowledge before they can post?
An exam to pass from brand new to newbie or from newbie to junior member seems logic and the cookie is the upgrade to the next rank. Good.

Since you are a newbie, you have to wait 360 seconds between each pm, or post, or a report. Simply between each action you have to wait 6 minutes.

What is the meaning of that half blue coin under your name
