It's under 'Activity' as 'Position' in your profile or you can see it under your name each time you post. You're currently Newbie, another post should upgrade you to Jr.member.

Hi, I would like to ask about the rank name "Copper Member" because I cannot see it in the first page of this thread, I just saw it in other account, I am just curious. Thank you.
It's a new type of donator rank with a few basic perks that is essentially just a way of whitelisting yourself to remove certain restrictions as a lower ranked member. Further details about it can be found here:

Can any one tell the limitation of reply per day or per hour
for a newbie
or junior mem.
because my friend id is banned for 30 days

There is no limitations for the number of posts.
There is restrictions exactly the time to wait between each post and private message...but there isn't any restrictions for the number of posts.
You can make 100 posts everyday but you have to be sure that these posts are constructive, helpful and could add something to the discussion, not just copy paste from the previous posts or a spam...

The limits can be found on the OP and they cannot be bypassed. If he got banned, It's most likely because he was spamming.

I have an account who was banned and I don't even know the cause of its ban. and Here I'm again with another account and I was able to post after paying a fee. I hope I get my ranke up fast, I was full member in my precious account. It will take me 3 months to reach that rank

It means 30 activities. 1 post = 1 activity but you can get only up to 14 activities every 2 weeks.

No. You can only get 14 activity points every two week period, so you need to have posted in three periods to become a Junior Member.
so does that means the fastest time for me to be a junior member is 6 weeks since i just registered 30mins ago? Does posting more often etc makes me a junior member faster? Any way to expedite it?

No. You cannot become a Junior Member any faster or in any other way than posting at least once in three different activity periods.
