Just wondering, I created my account last october 21, 2017. I have now 42 post including this one but my activity is only 28. Is that normal or there is something wrong with my account?, If there is nothing wrong with my account, when will I rank up as jr. member?..., thanks in advance for those who will help... 
When you created your account is irrelevant if you don't post at least once in each new two week period. If you don't post at all you will get zero activity. See the table posted below for details on when you will become x rank:

i have got more than 120 posts and activity is not rising , how long should i wait to see activity rising on my bitcoin profile?
It's because you gain a maximum of 14 activity per two weeks period. We need to enter another activity update period in order to get another 14.

As a relatively new but serious member, my rank is preventing me from doing one or two things... time for me to get more active in the community I guess!
There is also a shortcut with a newly introduced initiative. For a small fee, you can upgrade to Copper Member.

No, I don't believe so. Theymos might have addressed this somewhere before as I recall someone else asking it and theymos revelead the insane amount of PMs he has stored. I've got 460 pages of them currently with no issues.

I am guessing the system is made to insure there is no spam and also that only the most worked on replies and posts are being posted. But some things are very limiting, such as 90s coll down on using search function. Once I made a spelling error in it, I am not able to do anything for 90s...
But it is great method to limit spam messages. Up to this point I was sitting on another forum, and there was great count of spam...

No, but you won't gain any either. You will only lose activity points/possibly rank if you have all the posts deleted you made in a particular period.
