Hello everyone, here is the draw of the 1/8 Finals. Remember it starts tomorrow.

Also and because of what happened in the League Phase we made a change to the rules.
Instead of having to place an average of three bets per day, and be disqualified otherwise, players will have to place at least three bets on any given day, to receive points. They will no longer get disqualified, but if they don't place the minimum of three bets on any day, they wont get points for that day, and wont be able to progress.

Here are the rules, that can of course be seen in the second post of this thread.

Global Rules
- You need to place at least 3 bets on any given day to qualify for points [Change in the rules]

Playoffs point system
- Based on gaps:
Gap < 10% -> 1 point
Gap 10% - 20% -> 2 points
Gap > 20% 3 points

Schedule:
1/8 Finals: 19 to 22 December at 00h UTC
Quarter Finals: 23 to 26 December at 00h UTC
Semi-Finals: 27 to 30 December at 00h UTC
Final(3rd-Place) & Final: 31 December to 1 January at 00h UTC

Daily Challenges: (for the 1/8 Finals)
Monday: Winning bet at the highest odds (minimum odds @1.2)
Tuesday: Highest number of wins during the day (minimum odds @1.2)
Wednesday: Parlay won with the highest number of selections (minimum odds @1.8)

Note: Only one challenge will award double points during each phase of the playoffs.
If the same user wins all challenges, he will only get double points on the first time, but will of course prevent his opponent from getting double points for himself.

There is nothing we can do about this.

If any of the users that were bellow top16 (according to points) feel that you should be the one that goes to the next phase, since you won the League, and give you their place, we are ok with it, but that is their decision to make and never ours.

Hello everyone, here is the Final Standings of the League phase of the side competition.
Unfortunately we had 3 top16 pkayers, that did not qualify because they did not had the minimum amount of bets.

This is quite sad, and we really like to pass them, specially hahay, that did a great job winning the league, just to stay behind, but at the same time we would be unfair to those that did everything well, according to the rules. These situations are really hard for us.

Anyway, here are the standings. I will make the draw for the 1/8 Finals as soon as possible.
Remember it starts on the 19th at 00h UTC.

So i think from the last update that admin was published we already had 16 qualified participants for next phase rite??

Hello everyone, here is the update regarding the 16th of December.
Tomorrow I will make the final update, with the participants that will pass for the next round.

The points only refer to the 16th December, but the number of bets already has bets from today (at least from the time I checked for points).
You still have these last hours to make bets, don't forget that you need at least 18 valid bets, made from the 12th December, until the 18th December at 00 UTC

If you don't have the minimum number of valid bets (made from the 12th December until the 18th December at 00h UTC), we will keep going down on the list until we find 16 qualified participants.

No, Joca97, the League Phase for the Side Competition ends today (in a little over 8 hours). Please make sure you have at least 18 valid bets by then.

In relation to your second question, we'll go with the setup we had already announced for the current tournament (we're already in the middle of it after all), but we really liked your idea for the Playoffs and will definitely consider implementing it in future rounds (this will give us, and other participants, more time to think about it and discuss it).
