You are not out. According to the rules you need to place an average of 3 bets per day, that means a total of 21 during this group phase, so until the group phase is over you can still place the 21 bets.

The only problem when you don't place bets on any given day, is that you will not receive any points on that day.
So, don't worry, you are still participating in the side competition, as everyone else.

Also remember that the Daily Challenges for the extra point system on the side competition is already working.
Here is the shedcule (that can also be viewed on the main post of this thread as usual)

Daily challenges Schedule:

~~Wednesday: Winning bet at the highest odds (minimum odds @1.2)~~ (passed)
Thursday: Highest number of wins during the day (minimum odds @1.2)
Friday: Highest sequence of winning bets during the day (minimum odds @1.2)
Saturday: Parlay won with the highest number of selections (minimum odds @1.8)
Sunday: Highest number of Full time correct score wins (made pre-live)
