Thank you for your efforts in this competition. It's quite hard to get to top7, so you will at least get the participation prize!
Also I think you should try to invest more time in our side competition, it's an extra way, and also a quite challenging one, to try to win some extra prizes. I see you only made 6 bets on the group phase. Hope you give it a shot next time.

Hello everyone, I would just to make a reminder or two since the competition is almost over, and as usual we want things to go well.

So please remember:

- You need to make 100 bets with any given account that qualifies for top7 prizes (so even if you have Entry A and B with 100 bets, and only Entry C is in top7, but with 50 bets, you need to make 100 bets with entry C in order to qualify for prizes with that entry)

- You need to make 100 bets to receive a qualification prize. You only get one even if you have three entries, but for this one, we count the sum of bets on all entries to qualify (so if you have Entry A with 40 bets and Entry B with 60 bets, you still get a participation prize)

Well, after a competition ends, we usually take a couple of weeks to look at how things went, discuss ideas between us and with you guys concerning what to add / change for the following round, and then open the registration period for two more weeks, before actually starting a new round. So, if everything goes according to plan, the registration period should open in about two weeks, and the new competition should start a month from now.

At any rate, we'll keep you all updated on dates / changes / whatever happens through this thread, so stay tuned.

Hello Google+, right now we don't see any reason to limit the bonus point system even further. It really isn't as easy as you might think. It's quite hard to use it effectively in my opinion, and if we make it harder, then it's the same as removing it all together.

We have a very good example that it's not easy to use the correct score bonus.
On the 4 days of the Semi-Finals, both Lavos (E2) and Paidi (E2), used the correct score market very heavily (both accounts were used for the side competition only):

Lavos (E2) with 26 valid correct score bets for the competition
Paidi (E2) with 67 valid correct score bets for the competition

At the end of 4 days it ended 10-5. So as you can see in this example, it's not that easy, and it's not a matter of number of bets.
Paidi (E2) got an average of 1.25 points per day, that's perfectly achievable with the normal point system.

I am agree with you just for the same rule in competition: only one bet is counted for the same "market" ,
so only one correct score.

I think you have this one wrong. The rule is not one bet per market, it's exactly the same bet per market that is excluded.
For example on match odds market, you can bet Team A and draw, and both bets are counted.

To be honest I don't see any problem with the correct score bonus system. I did not use it because I don't think it's worth it, since I can't make very good predictions there. I saw some users here betting like crazy on correct score, and ending the day with -20% ROI. Some of them won 2 or 3 points from the market and then lost the same amount on the normal point system. In the end they manage to get a draw, but ruined their account for the main competition. I saw even worst than that, some users got -20% ROI and did not got any points from the bonus system, and ended up losing 3 points and ruining the main competition.
