However, if for any reason you are unable to confirm the withdrawal in a timely manner, you can cancel it from "My Account".

All right.
Yes one time out big amount of bets in short time i could not get the confirmation mail or too late due to the confirmation time for coming.
Once I had to cancel a bet cause no confirmation mail was coming, redo it and then received 2 mails @yahoo.fr
I can tell its working very fine on the Directbet side.

You are using Directbet account right?
I believe you will need to confirm it by email, since that is the same procedure as a withdrawal, but I'm not sure so I will confirm with Directbet and let you know as soon as possible.
