I missed this side contest and I don't understand anything. Now I see in OP but too many rules and too many bets required, I wouldn't play with that many bets anyway. Good luck to other players. Maybe if you make more simple competitions I'll join. Exact 100 bets rule is pretty dissuasive.
Hello ingiltere, we are now in our seventh competition, and the rules have been changing over time, specially after the first three competition, but have been quite stable on the last three events, and users seem to be able to fulfill the requirements.
We tried to implement a competition with a conservative bankroll management, that should bring profit on the long run. That's why we ask for 100 bets with a small bet stake (from 1% to 5% of current bankroll).
I see that you use a complete different approach as a betting strategy. Seems to be very "aggressive" and very accurate, almost like "surgical" bets. You need that of course to be able to bet 500% of your declared bankroll like you successfully did in the Germany v Slovakia game.
By no means I'm questioning your approach, it actually seems very profitable, but in an open competition, like the one we have, it would create many balance problems. Here are some examples:
-Some users don't even bet 5% of their declared bankroll, so they would not be able to compete with a user that feels comfortable in betting 500% of is declared bankroll. For this reason we can't remove stake limits.
-We can't really change the 100 bet limit as well, because we want to create a long run effect in this competition, by challenging our participants to keep a positive ROI% even with a large number of bets.
I'm not saying this is the best way to gamble, I'm just explaining why we have these rules and this system. Right now this seems the best way to promote a challenging competition available to almost anyone (with our participation prize of 70mBTC and a minimum bankroll of 100mBTC, it should really be available to anyone actually, almost at risk free).
Of course that we listen to our participants feedback, so feel free to make suggestions and we will see what we can do.
