sorry but your fee is just 3 sat/byte... I think no need to explaination. It started 6 days ago and you may wait 15 more days. Or if you know the sender wallet, you may try RBF, double spending to abandon this TX.

They are connected transactions. 2nd has enough fee but it has unconfirmed previous transaction and that is the first TX. But 1st TX has very low 10 sat/byte.

I doubt it can work but i tried to accelerated
