His paid service is bullshit, 2 days ago i sent him 117$ for fast confirmation of this transaction:

As you can see, nothing happened and no confirmations has arrived. He sent me bunch of screenshots like he used many services to accelerate this transaction, but since nothing happened, guess all of them are photoshopped
