hello, i asked sprinkles for a welcome bonus but did not get it, so i refreshed and then asked again for it says I already got it i think deposited 3 credits but 4 hours later still is not here

Hmm, which problems were you trying to fix? I just tested it and it's still possible to go into negatives with Red, White and Blue. (I'm LtRey493 by the way) Of course, if you weren't working on that, it'd still be there. 
Edit: I didn't refresh, and the bonus gave me full 10, so it could just have been a display error.

well i played the slots...but when i hit spin it would automatically spin twice. so my 1 credit spin was actually 2 credits
ok well once i minimized browser i was able to see the spin button

A competitor, bitcoinvideopoker.com, has zero-confirmation deposits and looks the part, but the rake is surely higher. Fixed RF jackpot and only 4:1 (or 5 in gross decimal) payout for a flush.
Good going so far, I've been playing here for a few days and am absolutely even. Pretty good considering the effective rake is about 30% or so* until you make a royal flush (the rake may be low but video poker payout structure is far from even or equitable: you need to hit that jackpot, baby!).
