Not much. Your best bet with faucets is to use something like a faucet rotator but even then, the BTC itself is pretty low. You can hit up the altcoin faucets (in the rotator) though, as they are worth more.

It depends on what you mean by easy. signature track needs a lot of talking, faucets need a lot of captcha codes, trading needs some time +risk, services (on the forum) can be easy, depending on your skills.

First of all, you cant get it just like that for nothing.

-freebitco.in is maybe the best

-coinad is the best ptc site there is, I've already got about 50.000 satoshis is a week

-dailybitcoins.org redeem vouchers and you can sell them at peerbet.org (in the chat type @voucher and just paste voucher code)

-you can join in some services that pay for posting here (like myself)

-try investing in some alt-coins

It actually IS the best way, becouse posting is a little less risky than buying 10,000$ worth of GPU's or ASIC's.
