I'm not going to go and dig through forums to find the original dev's post where he shared the code - thus I asked real "phoenix gambling" (not you, dont worry, you don't have to do anything) to prove they're the person in question (aka. original dev) - if they can prove that then I'll respect their wish and stop updating and selling the source code.

This all boils down to this: Bunch of people on this forum think they're competent to play the judge roles whilst the "phoenix gambling" doesn't have to prove anything to anyone.
Why is it that they can simply come here, leave one comment and suddenly they're marked as the sole owners and developers of the code in question?

Why is it that I have to keep jumping through hoops to prove that I'm in fact allowed to sell what I sell?
And lastly, if im not allowed to sell what i sell will the original owner please come here, present the proof of ownership and then inform me that I'm not allowed to do what i do?

Until that happens your comments won't hold any value and we both know that. You nor any other person on this forum can play the role of a judge and say this is right that is not right.
Why you ask? Because you're not informed enough - and you refuse to inform yourself on the matter - all you care is leaving a comment here, just as its the case with multiple other threads on this forum.

I suggest you go back and read all 3 threads again, spend some of your time googling and then come back and leave a comment that actually makes sense.

The source code that I used as a base - WAS PUBLISHED ONLINE FOR ALL TO SEE WITHOUT ANY "LICENCES" - I took the source code and fixed it (made it useable).
Unless the REAL OWNER can come here and prove their ownership + forbid me from selling it I will not stop selling it.

If the source code in question WAS in fact owned by "phoenix gambling" it would not be able to stand still on github for over 3 years - phoenix would be able to take it down.
WHY DON'T THEY TAKE IT DOWN THEN???

And if all this is not enough - here's a little trick we'll do.
I will NOT sell the base source code - I will give it out for free.
I will only sell updates for the free source code.

You're making things up again.  I didn't mention anything about those two. I clearly stated that it's not relevant to this discussion.

We never had a set date - I was going through something irl and I had informed him about it - He agreed to wait each time. - This doesn't mean i didn't stick to the set date as it was never really set in the first place.

He cherry picked 3 screenshots and yall jumped on me - After I posted 3 more screenshots suddenly theres not enough information??

Then when he asked me for an exact date I gave it - 9.10.2023.

I can't give him a refund for multiple reasons.
1) He broke the agreement we had - no reselling or leaking
2) he lied to me on multiple occasions
3) he used multiple accounts to contact me in hopes I would give him free stuff.
4) He agreed the installation would take place on 9.10. and then cancelled that agreement - regardless of whether i started the installation or not.

If you think the buyer who tries to manipulate, lie, scam and then ruin your business deserves a refund well God help you if you ever decide to sell something online.
Or better yet, message me once you do so we can repeat this with reversed roles  

These are just your words, and you haven't really earned a reputation for sticking to them.
You always can post proof here if it shows that there is a different agreement. Instead of doing that and giving all the explanations about this deal, as well as your participation in the ownership of the script, you decide to get into an argument and ask other members for evidence.
I saw he asked you to give them an exact date when you will finish this deal, why didn't you immediately say that you needed 10 days? At the very least, you should give him back the money you took to install the script.

What more proof do you want to show you he is a scammer who tried to play me but failed miserably.

Ive also told him some irl things got in the way. He agreed to wait.

The issue could've been solved on 9th when i'd finally install the script for him but he chose to go against me.

@swaga as far as I can see from the screenshots degika posted, you promised the installation "tomorrow" several times.

So, we can conclude that you did not comply with the agreement from trade.

1) I told you I was busy with something irl that I didn't plan for so the final agreement was the installation would take place on 9.10.
2) you posted my code for sale on 7.10 which means you KNEW you broke the agreement yet you still kept demanding an installation and then a refund after you realise I caught you.
3) you lied to my face about not trying to resell the code when I asked you
4) you used 2 accounts to talk to me to make me believe you had a friend who referred you to me in hope of getting free stuff in the future.

You can't get a refund since Ive delivered everything you paid for + you broke the agreement we had. That's how it works. If you break the agreement why should I still carry on with it as if nothing happened?

Overall this is a very sad display of what living in Turkey does to a person.

I am the owner of over 100 updates.
You can share the code all you want but anyone who really needs it understands its useless with new updates + my support.
By breaking the agreement two of us has you lost the access to future updates / my server.

Just accept the fact you got caught trying to resell my work and I caught you.

1. That's not the key issue here. Even if you make 10,000 updates, it doesn't magically make the original code yours, and it certainly doesn't grant you the right to claim someone else's work as your own.
2. If you can't prove that they aren't the original developers, then why bother slinging mud and insisting they're not? If you have any doubts, it's only fair to present the evidence. They published the source code of their original script on GitHub, after the code was leaked on the Russian warez forums. You admitted it yourself:

Also, he got everything he paid for prior to trying to scam me - After he tried to scam me the deal was off and I wasn't obligated to follow through with the installation.
I haven't scammed him and there is proof of it. We agreed the installation would take place YESTERDAY yet he posted MY CODE for sale (WHICH IS AGAINST THE RULES THAT HE AGREED TO) on here 3 days prior.


So the moral of this story is: If you're not happy with the service you get - Ruin their business and accuse them of scamming?

degika, I suggest you open a topic in the scam accusation section and bring in all the evidence you have in this case. You also can create a flag against @swaga, there are elements of fraud here considering that you did not get what you paid for. Other users should be warned of the risk of trading with @swaga.
Any further discussion with him about the unauthorized resale of other people's software is useless.

He didn't find out I wasnt the original dev of the base code - Its all written down in my discord under "know what you buy" section.
I didn't complete the deal because he broke that deal by posting my code for sale on here.

The only reason we're having this discussion is because he is mad at me for catching him and exposing him.


1) I can prove I did over 100 updates and bug fixes on the base code.
2) I cant prove Phoenix is not original dev - It's on them to prove they ARE original devs, not vice versa.
3) Phoenix gambling won't come here with proof as they don't own any - They're aware of the scamming they've been doing for the last 2 years and they don't want to add fuel to the fire as they're know it would hurt their business too.
4) I'm fairly certain "phoenix gambling" does not exist. It's not a real company and thus they CANT own the code nor prove they made it.
5) Phoenix gambling is 2 Russians pretending to be German. They go by "Klaus" and "Adam" - Id like those two to come here and show in which country their company named "Phoenix gambling" is registered.

How sure are you that they only take the code, sometimes real developers can opt not to take an update on the script they created not updating their code doesn't mean they are not the owner.

He accuses you of not completing the deal and he finds out that you are not the owner of the base code I still hold that it is wrong you own the update that you created and the documentation that you added.

So if you see someone selling the base code you cannot accuse him, you have a claim on the update and the documentation that you created only,  but if Phoenix Gambling can prove that they are the owner of the code then you will end up using other developers base code to use as your own.
You accuse Phoenix of not owning the base code when they claim they own it, prove to us that Phoenix does not own it and everything will end here until the real owners come out.

Everything depends on the history of the files on who owns it first, if anyone who claims to own the base code has a history of putting it in a third-party marketplace like Codecanyon then they have a valid claim.

lets just hope Phoenix join the discussion to prove his stake on the code, only the real developer can provide everything
