Saturn Network has implemented automated free token self-listing for all Ethereum or Ethereum classic tokens.

https://saturn.network

Our exchange operates 100% on chain and is uncensorable, you never have to fear being delisting. Every token is listed & tradable within minutes.

To be listed on exchanges, you rather need a good coin and community, money is not important much for that. Decentralized exchanges are better place for that!

coinbase pro will allow you to trade without any fees if you are a market maker which means you buy below the current price or sell above the current price.

Trader platform huobi.pro Transaction fee is 0.1% of the total transaction amount. The yuan will be charged 0.2% of the transaction amount. In January of this year, the Huobi exchange eliminated the 0% transaction fee policy to reduce market impact and increase liquidity.

It's mostly the decentralized exchange that accept free listing but don't expect them to list every submission you make.

1. IDEX: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfzF_NTscqqK4TPuJQixe4tZCEJHDVJdTLvNelb_V2D582RVg/viewform
2. Radar Relay: https://medium.com/radarrelay/radar-relay-regulatory-strategy-9da29a9e59cb (read the end) You'll have to contact them.
3. BarterDex: https://komodoplatform.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KPSD/pages/225738753/How+to+submit+new+ERC20+Tokens+in+BarterDEX

Thank you for the useful information. It is very convenient for newcomers.

Thanks everyone, it really a great help. I'll just start with small exchanges first before to enter big and high volume exchanges.
Wow you will probably need hundreds/million of dollars or very pregressive product to get listed on big and high volume exchanges.

What's in in for the Decentralized exchanges to gain out of listing new tokens. As for the investors of these tokens seeking free listings, does this not make you worry that your investments won't succeed?
Well, whenever someone utilises their website, it's a gain for them. Traffic generated there alone can help in so many different ways- advertisements abd others. Also, listing your coin at DEX doesn't mean you've killed your project. It's technology technology- DEX exchanges uses the smart contracts to trade and so once you're tokens aree not locked and are ERC20 supported, they can be traded these there by anyone. All you'll need is for someone to set the price and another to buy.

Trading in these exchanges is also interesting. And I think it's not suitable for beginners.

Exchanges are pretty straight-forward and are fundamentally the same. Imho beginners or not, it wouldn't be hard to use it as long as you've done your research. We are no longer in a stone age, you could always use google to search for information. There's a lot of how-to tutorials out there, even I myself used some when I first traded. To quickly grasp how it works, go for an article which has a lot of pictures or a video (a lot on yt) and use as my resources as you want.

Trading on IDEX is interesting except that they tend not to have some tokens. It's one decentralized exchange I like so much.

No centralized will accept free listing new coin, only decentralized exchanges accept free listing. IDEX, EtherDelta and ForkDelta are 3 popular DEX for free listing ERC20 coin.
I think there are few centralized exchanges are listing tokens without fee.New exchanges are doing it as promotion.
