If you had lost your money here because of account theft then I am damn sure you didn't enable your 2FA. The account only had 20,000 satoshis so the hacker tried to gamble them up to the minimum withdrawal and lost. The fact that he ignores all of this and tries to blame us for his failures speaks volumes.
