You might be right in that it involves a ratio of how much you have won from free rolls against how much you wager (we don't care if you win or lose). Also the balance amount in USD is part of the equation so a lower exchange rate increases the required amount.

You get one free lotto ticket for every 500 sats wagered. So a high roller going for the wagering contest, for example, wagers 100BTC they will get 20 million tickets. You can see that is a far smaller influence than 30,000 bots getting 750 million. So yes, sorry the prizes will be a lot smaller this week but at least we're not losing all that coin to cheats.

Just to report myself as a very bad user of this faucet. I am guilty to have claimed fairly without botting some satoshis and not to have lost enough at dice rolls. Bought tickets to keep some decent % to next reward level. Grin
