It is paying, did you confirm the payment request through your email?
I've confirmed the withdrawal with 2FA-code and didn't receive any confirmation on my mail... I only received the mail from them with info of my last deposit (also on 31.01.2018) but they didn't sent the mail with confirmation to withdraw, the system asked me only 2-FA code. And last 6 hours I see on my screen the following picture:

Can someone explain me, why i have 500% bonus, but earnings are still the same, am i missing smth? I see +100 reward points but no btc bonus. Thx!
Lowest reward is 108 satoshi, the base is 18 satoshi, 18 + (500% of 18) = 18 + 90 = 108, everything's good here. 500% bonus only applies for the lowest reward, higher rewards are unchanged.
I have the same problem. Ok I only have 30% bonus but when I get base reward, I only get base reward, no bonus.
What? Lol then why even say 30% bonus ect? So you can only get 100% and above as a bonus? I feel I'd have to spend alot of satoshi on lottery tickets and hi/lo to get that... And it doesn't even last for long
It says whichever % you're at "achieved towards" the next BTC rewards. If you'd like a more instant rewards towards your BTC bonus why don't you spend your Reward Points on FREE BTC Bonus on the Rewards page. That I think is more achievable. You can start by collecting more reward points by activating the RP Bonus and build from there.
