It is indeed to do with BTCUSD price. The requirement is a combination of your free winnings to wagered ratio and your balance. The balance requirement is capped at $100 meaning that if your balance is above that it doesn't matter how much you have wagered or been given for free.

I see, thanks for the answer. I used to have around $100 there but not anymore after the recent price crash. I guess that's why it got triggered.

It's impossible for anything to just disappear. All your activity is shown on the relevant pages for you to check yourself. I really can't check without even knowing which account it is and even if I did know I don't have time to check what you could check yourself. That's not a service I can provide to 49 million people.

If you find activity on your account that you don't remember doing the problem is that you haven't taken steps to secure your account.

Hi, yesterday without my autorithation, 0.008 btc was converted to lottry ticktecs, after that i made a deposit of 0.01 btc, and 1h after was missing of my account. what its the problem?

That's correct. We stopped doing advertising a few years ago because the income from it was minimal and most of the ads placed were dubious. We don't have the resources to check out sites to make sure they are legitimate. So we only place banners to promote our own sites.

Locking them to earn interest doesn't mean that you have already held them for 360 days. You can't claim premium benefits because they will automatically be given to you after the required holding period has occurred.

If there is activity on your account that you don't remember doing and you already had enabled 2fa, then someone has accessed your already authenticated session. That can be done either by physically accessing your device or more commonly through malware and malicious programs. There are a lot of unauthorised and unofficial programs and apps for our site to our site and other Bitcoin related services that conatin tojans for such activity.

i think you should add some feature to your site. if anyone had enabled 2fa and want to wager all of his/her acc balance on multiply, then ask for 2fa!

I think adding a feature that gets in the way of someone wagering is the silliest thing a gambling site could do. Everyone who uses Bitcoin needs to understand the dangers involved in downloading anything untrusted.
