Have you checked your email spam folder?
Sometimes its easy for those emails to be caught so you might want to ensure the address gets whitelisted.

Well, yeah. I check my normal and spam folders every day, because i have a huge issue and it worries me too much every day
it is eating my soul peace by peace actually so..
Also, i have freebitco.in added to my whitelist already yeah, so their emails don´t go to spam folder neither, they arrive always in normal folder.
I have added the [email protected] adress to my email, i don´t know if they will respond from another diferent email that is not
this one for my issue, like for example if they have "[email protected]" or similar.
Also i can tell you that i receive emails from them ever day because of the premium program with the one free spin on WOF, and all other
emails with withdraws and deposits they send them and i receive them normally...
