@Betwrong no I didn't buy any of my tickets at all, never bought a single ticket. I got all of it from freerolls and multiply. Been slowly accumulating a big balance on the site and gambling with it, very conservatively with max amount bet 10% of bankroll and always taking advantage of RP bonus.

In the last round of the lottery (Round 240), there were totally 260 million tickets. They cost 2.6 BTC. The value of total prize given to winners was 0.65 BTC.
So, 25% goes to winners and 75% goes to the house.
If you buy the tickets to participate in the lottery, it's like that you play a game with 75% house edge.
75% going to the house looks like huge. But I think it's not very accurate to say this. Because out of these 260 million tickets, huge number of it were received for free (free rolls, wagering, betting, as commission from referrals). Bought tickets make only small part of total tickets. So, I think it's normal that only 25% goes to lottery winners.So, 25% goes to winners and 75% goes to the house.
If you buy the tickets to participate in the lottery, it's like that you play a game with 75% house edge.
I was talking about the profitably of buying tickets. I was not talking about the profit house makes with lottery tickets and I didn't say going only 25% to winners is not normal. Considering free tickets, I don't think the house even makes any profit in the lottery.
The game is in favor of those who earn tickets via free rolls, referral, wagering, etc. But those who participate in the lottery by buying the tickets play a game with 75% house edge.
It doesn't mean that the house is making 75% profit.
However the reality is, you do increase your chances to win by buying more tickets, doesn't mean you will win but nobody can deny that more tickets = bigger chance, that part is still true.

That is exactly how lottery works, as it is a game of luck. More tickets is indeed more chance to win but it does not push your luck by buying many tickets.

There are many example of winners here with low number of tickets, they are so lucky winners and I believe those were from the free tickets only.

Hi guys, seems freebitco is still leading website and rewards aren't small at all but I have some questions that I didn't understand.
Website says that there is Bonus +0.00000378BTC added to all rewards but still I get basic 0.00000405 BTC payout in each roll.
Also it states:
1. increase your FREE BTC rewards by up to +0.00000513 BTC
2. 57.3814% achieved towards the next +0.00000027 BTC bonus!
I didn't understand why I don't get this rewards and is there any bar that fills to understand whether my lottery bought increases freeroll rewards?

Because the base is 27. 27+378=405Website says that there is Bonus +0.00000378BTC added to all rewards but still I get basic 0.00000405 BTC payout in each roll.

Regular free-roll basic reward is 27satoshi, so if you get 405 while free-roll, your reward was boosted as promised.

At first, i also thought that in order to win, we have to collect many tickets and the one with most ticket will have more chances of win, but this is actually not the case. However, buying more tickets increases the probability of the win but does not grantee win. A person with a single ticket can be lucky to win and a person with 100 tickets may lose on a day, if he is unlucky.

The conclusion is that it is not profitable to buy lottery tickets, because if we do not take luck into account, the return in the long run can be only 25%.

Yeah, luck indeed! Been watching every round for a while now and there's always ALWAYS at least 1 winner with far fewer tickets than me. And seeing someone win with only 16 tickets which is like claiming freeroll 8 times (which is what I can do on 1 day on a free day!) well that's simply awesome.
Still trying to get in one more round of ticks with the 4x bonus... 1 hour left, so far got myself up to almost 0.5% chance of winning. Been really testing my luck a lot but anyway, already very happy to be where I am.

But you said you had around 0.5% win chance, which means you bought around 0.013 BTC worth of tickets. Did you win anything in the last round? Because I thought you could. But, on the other hand, we don't expect winning with the very first roll when betting with 0.5% win chance on dice, right? I don't know about others but I make at least 20-30 rolls with that win chance, and consider myself very lucky if I win.

) but the imaginary person we talk here also does this as a side-job anyway so he must be at least as dedicated to this as I am.162 satoshi per roll means 1944, almost 2k satoshi per day, now some days could be more but some days could be less so lets average around 2k satoshi per day, for 30 days a month that is 60k satoshi. That is around 5 bucks right now, you may think that may not worth it for you and most of the time you are right but for example people in Venezuela wouldn't mind getting that much money right now right? Or people in Zimbabwe? Or Georgia, or northern Cyprus? Cuba?
I mean these are all extra money that would help them, on top of that they would get a lot of reward points for doing so many free rolls and many lottery tickets as well so that 5 bucks is not the money they will %100 get all the time, that is the bare bottom, they can get on top of that depending on luck.
Freebitco was not created to make someone rich over night but it’s purpose was to add extra income to ones wallet, I too have used Freebitco in the past to earn few hundred dollars and it was worth the effort as every income small or big matters to me. @lixer you’re correct even though this income is small it’ll definitely help them in the long run, and if those people can get couple of referrals then they’ll earn good side income too which will probably help them meet their daily expenses.
