Since recently, when I visit the site there's a popping up window
I mechanically click "NO THANKS", as I always do with popping up windows, but I'm wondering what will happen if I click "ALLOW"? I trust this site but I don't trust popping up windows out of habit, that's why I've decided to inquire about that first.
You should receive a notification from FBC through Chrome (bottom right corner)
It isn't just Chrome. It is just simply asking to turn push notifications on. We're going to add one to notify you when the 60 mins is up for your next free roll.
I tried to use VPN in many places I go and face these type of issues time to time as well. I mean the issues are not even similar, one day I can't even open the website, the next I can't roll and maybe one day I see myself rolling and increasing the satoshi and all that but when I log back in nothing is changed.
Using VPN on freebitcoin could have really weird results sometimes, and sometimes it just works perfectly like nothing happened at all. So that was my first thought as well, maybe it was VPN. Apparently shared IP could have the same sort of results as well, in that case restarting the router definitely helps because you got to a new IP as far as I know. That way you can guarantee an alone IP for a while and can claim until that shared one gets... well shared
.
VPNs are useful for gamblers that want to stay anonymous but they are heavily abused for free-rolls so quite often have been used recently by a botnet.
Not rebooting your router and keeping hold of your address would seem more logical to me.
Just curious, on what is based the payout of the faucet?
For sure on the price of the bitcoin but is seems not to be linear, for example bitcoin is aroud -2% from the last week high but the faucet pays a different amount from +2%
The base reward is fixed at $0.002 using Bitstamp.
