I think what he is trying to compare is their lottery portion and not their faucet, because obviously faucets are not meant to earn in the first place. And I want to disagree with you as being one of the jackpot winners in the lottery can really be a life changing event for any people. Since the price increase of BTC lottery tickets drop from 12 satoshies down to 1 satoshi per ticket and I am not encouraging people to buy tickets as they are other ways to earn tickets freely, of of the most effective ways is through referrals as every time they claim will also give you a ticket in the lottery.

Both of these things will not give much money to the people spend time on it but it is a free thing so got a lot of popularity. Faucet money value one can check instantly but for the airdrop, coins need to wait until project get listed into exchanges. Once people know how to maximise their earnings online will slowly give up both of them. But few times every week I claim money on freebitco to get some free tickets to try my luck.

I find it unbelievable that there has not been any form of communication from such a huge website for a problem that's ben affecting hundreds (or thousands or maybe much more) of users.
Not a single tweet, not a single notification, not a single post on this forum, it's like the help support has deserted the place.
It's now been 11 days since my claims have been divided by 2, I don't see this being resolved in a near future.
I've PMed Myfe, I hope he'll be able to fix it but I'm clearly not holding my breath.

I agree with your idea of adding more support staff to the site, in the past, freebitco.in serves mainly as a free faucet site and offers a HI-LO game for their users to play for the fun with the hope of multiplying their amount of bitcoin, and now the site have added the function of investment into their bitcoin savings wallet which generates an annual interest rates, it would be better to have more support staff assisting their users with issues on the site.

Many people even use this site for storing bitcoins to get 4% profit and if they got some issue then they may need to wait for how long don't know?

Since admin accepted that their main profit is coming from hi-low game then he should think about providing a good support for all the players. If people use this site only for free money then no one cares but now many people put their money on this site and everyone expect a better support from the admin.

there is always downside to anything. for example the Chatbox idea that I started above can become a place for beggars who keep asking for tips, spammers who spam their ref link to any site,... like other sites but it is always about pros and cons. while there are these downsides, there are also benefits of adding such options.
the fact that people will have a place to talk to each other and stay on the site and continue gambling is one. another is asking questions that one might have like when encountering an issue.
the chatbox can also be used to do random airdrops to users, they can be satoshis, or it can be points, or lottery tickets as reward to create incentive for people to stay active on the site and make more bets.

I like the chatbox idea and it would be nice to add that so that you can talk with your referrals when they are online. That way you can motivate them to use the faucet more and even work out a strategy where you give them a higher percentage of their referral commision back when they use the faucet and gambling more.

It should be configured that you would only be able to send messages to the admins and support staff and to your referrals when they are online. This is beneficial for the site, because it will encourage people to use the site more.

Chat box is a nice idea but it's a pain for the mod to look after it and answer each and every thing, and people will crib about it if they don't get a answer, plus people will spam it with their bitcoins addresses seeking free money or facets lol. I would suggest Tawk software easy, simple and effective. Though I would advise caution as people would flood it with shit requests and it'll be taken off but it's the owners call.

Not if it is implemented correctly. Assign mods to moderate it and temporary ban people that misuse it. If you configure it in the way that I suggested, then other people will not be annoyed by anyone else, because they will not see their comments.

A open Chatbox where millions on users communicate simultaneously, will be a nightmare to mod.

I would like to motivate my referral network and be able to see when they are logged in, even if I can just send them a little text message to thank them for my free coins.
