That is a very common accusation but you should know lotteries are requiring all the luck in the crypto world to winit. Lol.
And you can check how much chance percentage you have in winning the draw depending to the number of tickets you have and total tickets for each round.

The standard answer to this was that Freebitco.in has millions of users and not all of them are registered with Bitcointalk.org. So OP created a email notice system to request people, who have won the Lotto to create an account at Bitcointalk.org and then to report their winnings. Since then, we have seen quite a few people reporting their winnings.

OP, also recently added a Provably Fair system to the Lottery, to verify the winners. Undecided

So for little bit of interest you are risking your hard earned money there? It is quite risky to use any web wallets to store bitcoins and wallet freebitco.in have also doesn't look like real web wallet. They might be storing all bitcoins from users in cold wallet but there is no guarantee that your bitcoin will be secure there because you have to trust a third person.

Anyway it looks like users will get coins in both chains in case of fork, that is good news.
