Yes I think that they need to declare last round winners, which address did win so we can check if they are real genuine persons or if they are giving the money through the lottery to themselves. This can be checked with walletexplorer, they will let us know if the address who won the money is genuine or is just some other address who belongs to the same wallet of freebitco.in . I think what they are doing with 50% referral bonus is not a sustainable business but so far they are doing fine.

Who are those people who succesfully bags 1st to 5th prize here? Like you said, you have seen it somewhere. So prior to your post, you thinks that all first prize winner are real human? Are they really genuine? Remember that it's weekly lottery so every week there's a winner.
