I'v played here for free for 4 years on and off. it was fun when i fisrt got into btc. but i swear i never won there. i think maybe a got up 0.00003500 one time playing dice there from faucet.

Yes, their hi-low game results can be verified but I don't suggest play that game with your money because their house edge is really very high. That was the concern of other people, the legitimacy of winners especially the lottery.
As you can see weekly there is winners so meaning the numbers of winners is continously growing every week but no proof at the moment.
