The payouts on freebitco.in are subjet to change along with the price of bitcoin in USD. But in USD they are always the same:
$0.002 - the minimum, when you roll between 0 and 9885.
$200.00 - maximum, when you roll the number 10000.
I don't think they are different in different countries.
Yes, the prices are same in different zones but the bad thing is that with increase in bitcoins price they are offering very less satoshi per hour making it real low and unattractive faucet.

30000/89 (89 is the medium rate as ive seen) takes around 340 rolls which means 14-15 days of unstoppable rolling -----> All this FOR 0.5e !!!!!! while this guy makes thousands and no one know how and where the algorith gives the "big prizes". Not fair .
I don't think that it's wasting of time. I can make payout every week. They are giving free btc. Try to collect some referral then your earning will increase and it will not take 14-15 days for reach the payout. If you are lucky you can win big. I have rolled between 9986-9993 4 times, I'm using this faucet more than one year. And this faucet is best for the newbie to earn free btc.

have a stronger currency you will obviously have to get a little more Satoshi's to serve as a incentive to use the faucet. The ad companies want
to target companies with stronger buying power. { Lately Freebitco.in has much less advertising, so I do not think this is still applicable }
Would be interesting to know what the real reason is for this now.

That's right, free roll winnings on freebitco.in are like you described them by default. BUT you can change your minimum payout if you want. For that you have your REWARD POINTS (RP). For example you can increase your minimum FREE BTC reward 500% paying for that 1,600 RP (that's what I think the guy with around 500 sats for a free roll actually did). No need as they already made their name popular thru their faucet. Faucets are one of the popular method back then that's why when you made a faucet with at least 1,000 satoshis per hour claim, you are one step to being popular as faucet farmers compiles all high paying faucet.
Freebit is kinda popular. I searched different threads about it and it seems that this may not be considered as a waste of time. I just need to be really patient when it comes in collecting btc. It kinda seem boring and slow, but if you're persistent enough, you are still gaining something.

I think what he meant about the $200 jackpot was to roll the number 10000 in the free roll every hour, I have been using Freebitco.in for almost 2 years now, but I also doesn't have the luck to roll that dream number 10000 in the free roll yet

You mean to say your computer will be always on for those 8 hours and you waiting for these faucet coins to claim? Also what you get for each claim is the very small amount and to accumulate some decent amount you need to claim many numbers of times. I feel that we can spend that time more productively to earn more money by other means.
