Well, if BTC continues its rally at this pace, we will soon reach a point where the base rewards from Wheel of Fortune will drop to one sat. In this case, it will be unrealistic to collect enough RP to make an exchange for sats, as well as to collect enough sats from the faucet for a minimum withdrawal from the site.
The objective should be to use the site more as a casino rather than a faucet. Thats why they changed their business model from only being a faucet back in the 2016days with a dice game to a sports and events betting place too.
They should focus more on the development of the gambling section because the faucet dispense is like playing a luck to get the big two rewards of 20$ or 200$ as anything significant, rest are not worth wasting time on.

Where are the members of the freebitco.in team? I'm sick to my stomach, I've been waiting for TheQuin to come online. He seems to be the only person from freebitco.in that is somewhat active on this platform. I've had a complaint linger for over 6 months, this is crazy. If I get this resolved there's no way I continue with this platform, I don't care much anymore, there's no way I'm trusting a platform where I have to wait half a year to get a response from support over an issue such as mine (I made a deposit that wasn't credited to my account).

"It usually helps if you tell me the account ID because it's very difficult to look at when I don't know which account it is.
As a general observation when 2 outputs on the same transaction are sent to the same deposit address the first is processed immediately and then the server has to go back and reread the transaction before it processes the second one. That causes a delay in the second one showing up which often causes people to incorrectly think they only got one."
There is no way in this world that I make a deposit to an account that held no balance in it and then incorrectly think that it was not credited to me lol, there literally was nothing there, if I was credited my balance would add, but no, that wasn't the case...
I got on this forum in December 2023 for a sole purpose of fixing this problem. Ever since I've been trying to reach TheQuin and until now my case has not been resolved.
Now some of you here may be satisfied with the platform's performances (just as I was) but here's a simple question;
1. Have you EVER experienced any personal problems with this site and had it rectified? If yes, how long did it take?
I have spent the last 6/7 months sending emails to support without getting as much as an automated response back to say that my mails/complaint were received and will be or are being addressed.
Bear in mind, I have used this platform since 2016. Deposited over 15 BTC, lost over 4 BTC, paid out over 11 BTC (Seamlessly I must add) so yea, just like a lot of you I thought the platform trustworthy and without any flaws. But as soon as I had my very first issue (this one), it dawned on me that there is something fundamentally wrong with their system, especially with regards to customer support (which in my opinion should be topmost priority, as the site cannot function or sustain itself without us).
Why am I saying all these? You could end up in my shoes tomorrow, frustrated as I am, relentlessly chasing what by each passing day seems to be a lost cause. I feel helpless and hopeless as each day passes. I am mostly always online here monitoring TheQuin's profile so when he pops up online I'm the first to reach out. I don't think you guys understand the gravity of what is going on here. Trust them all you want that's fine by me, it's only a matter of time before you learn, one way or the other.
