It depends on how you got those spins to begin with. If you got them by buying enough Fun Tokens to receive premium benefits you will get free spins each day as long as you don't sell or withdraw your tokens. You probably haven't logged in for a long period of time and that's why they rewarded you with 10 free spins. Also, most of the time, you will get some satoshis, lottery tickets and RP points (base rewards), it's hard to get real prize. You can check the probability of getting rewards when you open Wheel Of Fortune page, check i icon on right upper side and click on it.
By the way, one user posted some weeks ago that he rolled up to 1000 spins and got probably up to 300k satoshis. As far as I remember, he didn't win a prize but it's all luck after all.

That is a good percentage for the maximum prize although I have never gotten the 20 dollars let alone the 200 dollars during at least near 3 years that I roll every day most of the time I don't forget to hit the roll button,so I make like 9-10 rolls or a bit more in a day and the maximum prize I have gotten from the free rolls has been the 2 one which I don't complain as these are completely free and no strings attached at all.

However people that come here thinking they will get that huge prize need to know that chances are very slim to hit it even if you roll every day.

It's because the chances of the last 5 tiers are a fraction. 95% would be for the base prize, 3% for tier 2, even lesser for tier 3 and so forth.

Just an estimate, the numbers definitely differ.

They either bought them, which makes no sense (why would you pay millions of dollars to win $200K?) or won them on the wheel of fortune, which seems highly unlikely (you would need millions of WOF spins to win that many tickets).

perhaps, there were some promotions during this period, like 3-4-5 bonanza, that offer 3 golden tickets for every 0.005 btc wagered

You searched for lambo | winner. It gives you the posts that contain at least one of the words lambo and winner. I think you could get better result with searching for lambo winner

I searched for "Win a lambo" "user" It gave me only 12 posts and all the announcements made for round 2-9 were included.
