Guys, I'm really tired of being ignored by the Freebitcoin team.
On August 10th, I requested a withdrawal of FUN tokens. On August 16th, I received an email with a transaction hash. However, the transfer of the ERC-20 tokens failed due to the following error: ERC-20 Token Transfer Error (Unable to locate corresponding Transfer Event Logs), Check with Sender.
Since then, I've sent about 15-20 tickets to
[email protected] and through the contact form in the FAQ section.
I received a response on August 21st, which included a list of questions:
When did you make the withdrawal?
How much was it for?
Does the withdrawal display in your Account History?
Your user ID
I immediately answered the email and provided all the necessary information. However, after a month of silence, on September 17th, they marked my ticket as "resolved" without actually processing the withdrawal.

I see a lot of people concerned about WOF issues, but please monitor my case as an indicator of the current state of things on this platform.
Aside from sending tickets, what else can I do to finally receive my FUN tokens?
