Past week's weird for me, I don't get ads or captcha for maybe 2 years or more now, and that used to include WoF until this half week, now I have to do captcha (2 rows) and it's all about longhair cats lol
Not complaining, just I had to look up what long hair cats were. I guess they meant long FUR.

HCAPTCHAs have been getting interesting lately. Not related to the spins, but I had to choose dog-shaped cookies.

LOL. I have read recently the article about it, seems AI is getting better results every quarter and they must introduce really weird tasks. 'Horses made of clouds' etc.
Anyway, buy tokens and forget about it.

2 more days to Italian F1 GP. Are we going to give a chance to Ferrari team?

It's also a shame freebitco.in is blacklisted in Twitter and spotted as malicious website. I don't know if people responsible for virtual security sector does it on purpose or if the site is simply blacklisted because there is too much advertisement and spam involving its links due to the referral program which is quite popular in every paid to click and micro earnings sites. Before this exclusion from social medias, freebitco.in's links were very popular in Facebook and Twitter too. I believe there could be many more active users if it wasn't for this kind of annoying obstacle.

On the other hand, it's interesting real scam websites, projects and schemes aren't so efficiently blocked by those security mechanisms.
The site has been getting flagged by anti-malware software ever since they had the option to mine Monero through your browser. Even after they discontinued the service they have not been removed from those blacklists.
But the question is, did they really removed it? I mean some sites can secretly use your cpu and mine coin's in the background upon you visit them but anti malware programs or browser extensions are a great help to detect them. If this isn't about this, it can also be cause by the ads as said by uneng.

What if they try to removed those ads and let see if that solves the problem? I think this site will never get poor anymore or they can still be able to make the site up and running because can also earn some revenue's in their betting and premium features. This is only my suggestion but the decision is still up to them if they will follow it or not.

We removed the ads many years ago.

The last rounds winners though show us a different thing. They the people who have won the weekly lotteries do not have a huge balance nor they have bet huge amounts as to win like 1000-5000 lottery tickets you just need to have some like 10 WoF spin daily and you can get that amount within a week.

The reason we don't win is that out of 50 million users we need to be extremely lucky to be in the top 10 weekly lottery winners, chances in percentage as you can see in the lottery tab of the site is very but very low.

I really see no point in being excited by lottery results from years ago. It is like it was in the previous century.

As swogerino mentioned, the times has changes, I do not know how it was in the past, but probably now the lottery is really a secondary thing. I think most of people here, on the forum, has disabled tickets from free rolls; if someone has huge amount of tickets then it is probably from referrals.

Yes, there are friends who started just like me in freebitco, in 2017 and they are still very consistent with the platform, however they took advantage of the referral boom for that time to get more benefits with the roll, but now and thanks due to the pandemic, those referrals that belong to them that were inactive began to play, I imagine that due to the desperation of gambling completely to be able to acquire more money or something, and receive those benefits, although most of them have been in freebitco.in since that time , all the time they are buying tickets, they don't care if they don't win, they just do it out of habit.

I had an exchange deposit like that once, it was a website that had not updated their fees since 2013 so they honestly wanted I think it was 0.1 or 0.01 BTC as a charge to withdraw.  Their argument was we've never raised our prices so you have no grounds to complain, problem being BTC had gone from 50 to 1000 in that time so it wasnt close to fair.   I had no large amount so it was left there, its a deliberate policy and profitable.    Not uncommon a situation unfortunately, when ETH was $4000 fairly recently I was not allowed by a major exchange my 0.1 ETH because its too small to handle, so either ETH network is broken and illiquid or they are very lazy.

Well, if freebitco.in has something, it is that at least when it was 2017, every time there was a movement in the market, it manifested itself in the roll, so in the exit fee it was always very small and still is, when we are in a exchange always what they should do is update their fees, more when they are governed by some other high volume, in part this also has an impact, I remember that for that year there were many telegram groups where I was looking for strategies for the freebitco.in multiplier and some players, the ones who were there all day, they said they liked it when Bitcoin fell in price because that way they felt they had more chances to win.

We managed to get that resolved by removing the mining option with all but one malware service at the time. The one other I can't now remember the name of but they asked for $500 to remove us from their list. It's more of an extortion racket than a malware detection service.
Do you have proof of this extortion? Do you have screenshots or videos on YouTube? Why haven't you told the public about this yet?

There is a contact form on their website. https://apwg.org/contact-us/
I have reported it there but usually, it takes a lot of people to report the same thing before these types of services take any notice. If anyone who has experienced being blocked would inform them that it's a false positive that might help.

As I glanced through the Opera forum on the topic of false positives and unnecessarily flagged sites, it seems that even Bing.com was blocked at some point during the last year. That's hilarious!

I couldn't find the form to report a false positive on the sucuri.net site, it keeps redirecting me to a subscription for their services "to protect my site". That could be the one you were talking about.

Thanks for mentioning it here; already placed a bet on Swiatek and also placed some bets on the Men side. If the 'logic' is followed, the most likely final will be Alcaraz vs Kyrgios (others) so I placed equal bets on both. Hopefully no more surprises and than we should have a nice profit!

Kyrgios is out, but it does not change a lot, as he is "replaced" by Chaczanow, which is "others" too. But there is still Ruud (14.05) - I did not place my bet on him, I hope I will not regret.
Swiatek will play against Pegula (14.37) and she has big chances for win.

Did anyone tried to access Freebitco.in on Opera browser? I'm getting this message today:
https://i.imgur.com/56Oi19D.png
Before asking additional questions, yeah, I'm sure that's correct link, I don't have any addons turned on and I don't use VPN. Everything works fine on Mozilla and Chrome.
Could be a false flag since other browsers are doing just fine. Might need further investigation, especially on Opera browser. Mine shows the same as well.

I see this other detail

This is a very difficult one.... because Freebitco.in's competition or malicious people might erroneously report Freebitco.in as a Phishing site.  Roll Eyes  Their browser might be hijacked by malicious software and it will then re-direct them to phishing sites, when Freebitco.in is accessed.

Do you get a "report" option when you sign up for the https://apwg.org site, because I do not see this as a non-registered user? (Sites like this unlock that feature for members, because it can be misused or spammed)

I also get a warning message from my anti-virus software when I access Freebitco.in, but I simply ignore it.  Wink

I absolutely agree with you, but believe it or not, if your getting lottery tickets from free rolls is disabled, and you have just 2 WoF spins per day on average, there are some weeks when you have zero lottery tickets. I personally consider those weeks lucky ones because I prefer getting RPs or some satoshis from my WoF spins, but in that case I buy at least 1 ticket to make my chance of winning the lottery not zero.

To be honest, I don't even bother about participating in the weekly lottery, and I don't pay attention to how often I get lottery tickets from the wheel of fortune. Obviously, it happens quite often. So I would say that you are a pretty lucky person if you really have moments when you only get sats, RP, and don't get a single lottery ticket from the wheel of fortune during a week.

That seems a reasonably easy way to deal with it.
In my opinion, I think the best way is to contact APWG as suggested by UserU so that you help them corrected the false negative because, most not-so-technical users will believe the warnings and abandon your website. It's quite crazy how some of these services just believe all the crap from random malicious strangers minus verifying anything  Roll Eyes

Tennis fans has 3 more hours to bet on US Open winners. With Women Tournament situation is quite clear, there is Iga Swiatek (2.15, 33% bets) and the 2nd option is "Others" (5.05). Third is Caroline Garcia (9.09). Is Swiatek going to win it? Probably, and odds >2 make it interesting to bet.
With Men Tournament situation is more interesting, 3rd is Nadal (3.79) which does not play anymore, 2nd Carlos Alcaraz (4.07) and the most popular bet is "Others" (3.46) with 25% of bets.
I would probably bet on Swiatek, I hope she will celebrate the next victory.

if your getting lottery tickets from free rolls is disabled, and you have just 2 WoF spins per day on average, there are some weeks when you have zero lottery tickets.
This is possible, but it's very unlikely.
Each time you play WOF, you have around 33.4% chance to win lottery tickets.
So, the chance to not win any lottery ticket each time you spin the wheel is around 66.6%.

Assuming you play WOF, 2 times a day and 14 times in a week, the chance to not win any lottery ticket in a week is only around 0.338%.

0.66614 = 0.00338
