You mean 100 tickets, right? 100 digits is a one duotrigintillion, 1 followed by 99 zeros. It would definitively give you a good chances ;-)
The pool idea is nice, but it of course requires trust, as you cannot use ecsrow. Just each one must be sure that any other member will share the prize.
I do not have yet any single ticket, but maybe in the future I will contact you.
This is brain fart. I meant 3 digits of course, which is a minimum of 100 tickets. I understand this is only trust yes, that's why we have to work it out. I have my forum reputation here and I know swogerino from all our past discussions. Perhaps we will look for some kind of arrangement with an escrow but the prize is awarded automatically to the actual winner so would be hard
As I told we can agree one month before the draw together,I have always liked the idea of pooling up together our GT with other forum members,I was thinking myself the first pool to be a maximum of 50 users so we can share 4000 USD each of us if someone happen to win the prize. The only problem is trust,we don't know what each one of us will do with 200.000 USD in their possession, while most of us that are near 40 at age during our lifetime have spent near that amount (including house credit/mortgage that we pay every month) I believe no one of us has had 200.000 USD in an instant ready to spend them as we like. That is the only problem,so once we can find a way to fix it we can create a pool with other people,I trust you so we can pool together the tickets near the draw,I also tend to trust people in general but every time I have done so in my life outside this forum I have been heavily disappointed.
Ya I wouldn't trust a lot of members. You for sure, just out of familiarity. I would see this just as a small pool with people actually who know each other from forum, someone I know who's been active for years and have personally talked to, like you.
200k is like winning the actual lottery for me too, something like 10 year salary all at once. It's way too much risk.
On the other hand, if you don't win it, you have nothing to lose anyway, so I also see it as entirely risk free. You risk only losing trust in that person who won and didn't share it
