The reason the WOF is "broken" is because they took it offline and claim it is broken in support.

The REAL reason it is offline is because it "broke" the same day the price crashed for FUN down to 7 SAT for 1 FUN. They even have a handy bar chart graph for the past 30 days on their Premium page which shows the sudden drop at the same time the WOF "broke".

But why "break" it, you ask?

Simple. The lower it goes, the less it costs to buy Premium and get the benefits.
When the price was 15 Sat 6 months ago, to get to 500,000 FUN and get 16 WOF spins, would cost you $1000
Today, when the price is 5 Sat = 1 FUN, means you can max out the entire premium bonus for $350.
If next week it drops to 1 Sat = 1 Fun, it would cost just $70 to max out Premium.

With today's spins giving out approx 17 Sat / Spin minimum, it makes sense to max out the premium at 5 Sat = 1 Fun because you would be earning a minimum 256 Sat / day which is 16 cents a day minimum.
If the FUN price was 15 Sat = 1 Fun, it would take you about 25 years to rake back that Sat investment,
At todays 5 Sat = 1 Fun, it would only take a maximum of 8 years to reclaim that investment purely on wheel spin rewards.
If it was at a (theoretical) 1 Sat = 1 Fun next week, it would only take you a maximum 18 months to win back your investment.

So, until the price of FUN goes up to near the 10 Sat = 1 Fun mark, I would say they will find the WOF is broken and hard to repair because they simply cannot afford to have people become 500,000 Fun Token Premium Members getting 16 WOF's a day for $ 350 each (todays price).

And if you really think that the WOF is actually broken? Why does it work via the Email or Reward Token -> WOF options, but not for the Premium Members who buy FUN tokens?

No, this has nothing to do with any bugs or breaking systems and purely down to the fact they cannot afford to pay out on the WOF spins when the FUN is so cheap and people can become maxed out Premium Members for less and less money.

Sorry guys.

I believe in mathematics and with this explanation I'm absolutly fine:

I filtered the history shown on Premium for WOF and found some issues at the end of June, beginning of July and of course from 26th of July ongoing.
I know from my referrer he had no spins seen since 26th of July, on the other side me having at least 3 more days given wof spins.
Then I searched for the FUN/BTC chart (this one from coingecko) and it makes totally sense now, hope you can sort it this way:

Just calm down guys, they are fixing things.
I'm tired of seeing a new conspiracy theory about the site and it's owner.
Patience will help you.

I really like the site, I've been using it for over 5 years. Because of the problems and lack of communication in previous (month of May) and the current one (month of August) I downloaded everything ... only 20k FUN left. It's not a conspiracy, it's uncertainty. If the site administration starts writing again (forum, X or other place) and explains the problem ... maybe some confidence will start to return to me. But, ... just spewing ads and going on ... just like that ... without the feedback we all want, I probably won't invest again ... Sad

To whoever should read this: Do you understand what the users problem is? - the lack of communication !!!

This is yet another sign that the site is being managed in an unprofessional manner, and a far cry from how well it was managed years ago. When we have been having problems for months, instead of having solved them all and come out with an official statement to clarify what has happened and say that they were back to normal, we see that the site more or less works, but it still has problems and botches like this one.
Issues seem to be piling up as each day breaks, it's always from one problem to another, and to me, I can see a visible signs that the team behind freebitco no longer gives a damn.
I think they are really tired of running this site, but due to how long the site have been running and possibly the type of userbase it has managed to have, they can't just shut the site down like that, so, instead, they have allowed the site to run on auto pilot while they themselves have gone about doing other things they are interest in, frustration will cause users to leave the site one after the other until the site is completely abandoned by all, by then, the site will die and there won't be any claim of them scamming anyone.

Maybe this is possibly what they are trying to do.

Issues keep floating and new issue will create another frustration to people gamble in their casino. I don't know if its worth to gamble here anymore since there's so many problem now occur and the team behind freebitco.in is really seems like doesn't care about their casino anymore. Maybe its more better for people to evaluate if its good to stay or go then choose to gamble in other casino since I think for now this is more better unless they make sure to solve those issues and operate smoothly the same as before. I don't know if they do this in purpose but for sure many people got frustrated on how freebitco.in provide service to their gamblers.

If they don't have interest in their casino anymore maybe its best to shutdown their operation if they don't have plan to scam people. Maybe from that they would get more graceful exit.

Yes, it could likely be a very possible scenario.

I think this definitely had something to do with it.

https://twitter.com/ScamFinder6/status/1758550822269366640

Freebitco.in is down for almost whole day, today morning it was still working. Being down for some time isn't end of world itself, shit happens for everyone sometimes. But what doesn't looks good is lack of communication from their side. They had more than enough time to tell something. If this downtime would be somehow related with implementing something new to website, I guess they would had said something about it.
As guy above said, The Quin doesn't posts here anymore, he barely visit forum, people aren't getting response from support. I would agree that Freebitco.in going downhill recently.

The downtime in February was due to a DDoS attack.

I think something malicious happened that they can't financially recover from, will be interesting to see how it all plays out.

The recent security issue where some users lost funds was because those users' withdrawal requests were hijacked and also for some users their deposit address was replaced. As far as I can tell the casino’s wallets weren’t compromised. Withdrawals are still being processed. Sometimes it takes a few days for manual review but I can’t find any complaints of them rejecting legitimate withdrawal requests. If they were insolvent I would expect a lot more problems with withdrawals.

There is reason to believe they have a fractional reserve of FUN tokens, but the entire situation with FUN token is opaque and confusing. The team behind FUN token repeatedly denies any involvement with FreeBitco.in. We need a statement directly from FreeBitco.in to clarify this situation and why there’s a discrepancy in the amount of tokens they claim are held on their website and the amount that is actually in their wallet. We know they’ve transferred billions of tokens to Binance but we don’t know if they are dumping them or just keeping them in their custody.

I think it's more likely this though things are just still somehow much complicated all we have now is still speculation until TheQuin or any other official representative comes out to really speak about this which we have been waiting for months now, I hope FreeBitco shouldn't end like this though I guess anyone still having funds at FreeBitco must have been aware of the risk of doing such now until an official info has been given about all this.

Maybe it's related to them fixing WoF spins and caused a spike in hCaptcha requests.
Here is more info from hCaptcha faq:
Quote
An alert is displayed on the hCaptcha checkbox when an organization exceeds the volume limits defined in their agreement with hCaptcha, is notified, and does not resolve this after receiving notice.

When a company does not adhere to our Terms of Service regarding traffic quotas, we first attempt to contact the organization privately. If an organization fails to respond, their account is flagged, and a warning message is shown. Repeated violations can result in suspension of the organization's account.
If they disconnect them from the service, freebitco.in will only be usable for playing HI-LO, and the fix might take weeks. We can only keep our fingers crossed that another issue won't arise this time

Does anyone know why a message appeared next to hCaptcha saying, "This organization has been flagged for violating hCaptcha's terms of service"? What does this mean? Can hCaptcha disconnect freebitco.in? If they disconnect freebitco.in from hCaptcha, how will we spin the free roll?

Got the WoF spins for the day, but still waiting the missing ones from the previous weeks to be credited to the account. I don't know for sure how many days of pending WoF spins we have, but I guess it's something around 2 weeks, right? What means at least 224 missing spins for me. It's indeed a considerable number of missing spins, so it's not appropriate to just ignore and forget it.

Just got my 3 free spins for today, but still missing about a months worth

I might as well chime in and say that I've received mine for today as well. I also had a problem where my btc interest didn't change on time but it looks like they've partially corrected that issue too. Like most people here, I'm hopeful that they'll make good on the missing days.

While I'm not blind to the many issues with the site, I'm happy to see that there is activity/responsiveness from support. They've got their work cut out for them.

Got WOF again today. They gave 6 WOF as before, 6 per day. But where is the rest of the WOF for all the missed days?
Got my WOF spins today too, but it's just for today. Somehow I'm sceptical that now they're planning to give spins for all these days when we didn't got it. They owe us a lot of spins.
I supose that the first step is to fix the problem and, after a few days, calculate what's missing and credit them. The most important goal is stop the snowball of missing WOF spins.
