So what is the advatage of having Premium account now? Wheels of Fortune issue is still unsolved and their support is continuous working on it, but captcha has appeared immediately to "ensure a secure"..

Seems that the hourly rolls are suddenly CAPTCHA-bound even with Premium. Anyone facing it?

I am a premium member and my rolls have a CAPTCHA also. It is Cloudflare’s CAPTCHA and the checkbox is automatically ticked for me when I visit the faucet page. It is not too bad of a situation if you don’t have to click on it, but depending on users’ privacy settings it might cause problems for some people. I know sometimes people have trouble accessing Bitcointalk because Cloudflare won’t verify they are human.

Previous Roll I got an error message, something about a Captcha but I just reloaded the page and rolled as usual, just rolled again and there was a green "PLAY WITHOUT CAPTCHA" button but I just clicked "Roll" and again it worked as usual.

I have been waiting now 16 days for my withdrawal of 146610 FUN Token ($450). I have written to support several times and received an automated answer that there are currently problems with WOF, although I have clearly said that it is about my withdrawal, not WOF.

My last support request was answered quickly and I was supposed to send the information so that support takes care of it, so far nothing has happened. I have also written to the support employee of the forum CSFBC several times, but he ignores my last requests.

Even if there are currently internal problems, the admins should be trying to solve them... If the site offers a service, the word should also be kept, I don’t know where the problem is to take a few minutes and send my Tokens, even if there are currently problems.

I already had weeks of login problems before and now this..

The problem with D-play and cia, is that in most countries are illegal, so they can't abandon freebitco.in without losing cash.
About the free spins... as far as I know, people who doesn't have 2500+ fun tokens are receiving the basic spin mail without problems, but those who has premium free daily spins, we aren't receiving nothing, neither daily mails neither free spins.
The most annoying it that freebitco.in doesn't come here to uodate us about the case, but is redirecting all our querys here...
No I haven't heard about that before, you are the first one reporting that AFAIK. I receive promotional emails with one free WOF spin everyday, and sometimes several mails, when there is a FLASH promo for example, while holding (way) more than 2500 fun tokens. Have you verified your email address in your profile? Have you checked the boxes of the e-mail subscriptions feature?

Did he say to you to be receiving WoF spins everyday or did you see his account being credited with daily WoF spins? There is a big difference between both. Anyway, it's unlikely he is receiving any spins at all, because it seems a general issue happening to every premium program's members.

Also, there is a chance he is misunderstanding daily spins from premium program to daily spin received through email. The ones from email are working and being sent occasionally, although I noticed the frequency I receive emails from the platform has decreased. They really shouldn't be advertising the fun tokens and it's benefits on the home page and in emails until they sort it out. I know that if they are working on the issue this might seem a small point but it's why they get so many emails probably - advertising and not delivering looks scammy to new users.

Need to stop complaining about shit that is being worked on specific accounts and sending customer support more emails. I especially hate this because its the new accounts doing it, which to me means its not real users, its them hiding behind their new accounts.

At same time, we need to keep pressure on FBC to let them know we're not happy, but in a way to not add to the burden of customer support. iv4n is right about benefit of doubt, but we have actually been giving them slowly over past 1 year more and more, and we are getting back less and less.

They must know that their oldest members like iv4n since 2015 and me since 2017 are losing patience.

We made this place successful together with others. We talked good things about it, we were the practical 'customer support' for many times Smiley We do that for all the crypto sites we love.

Yep, there have been problems, and they have successfully solved them. However, I honestly don't remember this site having something similar to what is happening to it this year in previous years. I mean, in recent months, there have been not only communication problems between the team and the community but also various technical problems that have occurred in a relatively short period.

So this would make it look as if the business is dying and nearly on it's deathrattle without any response about this from their support staff (if you can even call them that) nor from their head of operations.
It seems that they have decided to let their lisense run out and then halt all function of their site.
For such a long running site this is truly sad to see them treat their loyal customers in this way.
There is just too many red flags related with Freebitco.in in recent months to think that everything is ok. Especially when their staff ignore all issues.

Freebitco.in has given us the benefit of doubt and are hesitant towards addressing them.

But there were various issues before, and as far as I remember there were frequent delays and long waits for any response from their team. Many things show that their team is having some problems, but it's nothing new...

Don't get me wrong, I am not defending them, I am just stating the obvious things. They gave us the benefit of the doubt many times in the last 9 years (I have been their user since 2015), but they are surviving. That's why I think they will continue to survive, somehow... but I could be wrong about that. In any case, each of us is responsible for ourselves and our money. People who think that some services are risky should stay away from them definitely. At the moment I don't have a lot of coins on the site, and just a few hundred FUN tokens, so I can't say I am worried. As always time will tell us everything.

Nothing lasts forever
We shouldn't calm down because our activity is what forces them to do something but to be fair, I'm done with them. I withdrew all of my Bitcoins, and also withdrew FUN token and I'm never gonna deposit them. Everyone here should do that because it's 100% clear that Freebitco isn't going to return back. This website is done, you all should withdraw if you want piece of mind or otherwise, you'll worry endlessly and wait days and weeks for CSFBC to come here and tell you something.

If a website is having so many uncertainities then its better to maintain a safe distance with it.
I mean, with the ongoing issues, it's better to withdraw our funds from the site and monitor the site while the issues are being resolved.
I won't recommend anyone holding any significant amount of coins on freebitco.in for the time being.

I think they are far from over, they have been working like this for years... I expected them to get serious after the introduction of the FUN token, but everything continued to go the same way. That advice that no one should hold too much Bitcoin on the site is old news, it's been mentioned many times... but the site is still there, working. It's obvious that they have a lot of players (when we look at how many lottery tickets and gold tickets some users have). Yes, some people have issues from time to time, and some of them get solved after a lot of waiting, but it is what it is.

By the way, in the last few days I received over 10 WoF free spins, but today just one. Too many users probably, and maybe they are saving money and don't wish to hire more people. Whatever it is, it's nothing new with Frebitcoin. I guess the question of "will they ever get more serious" is valid, but I doubt we will get any concrete answers to that. Only time will tell...

Thats an entirely improbable line of events, Im not going to say its fine but just assuming the very worst isnt reasonable either.    They have the equal of a Rolls Royce sitting there, running out of gasoline is not enough reasons to forget it & even at the worst its going to get sold.

   They arent going to give away a site like this, even just the URL on it is worth 100k it has to be & actually I think more then that.   Yea let me look it up, there is a calculator for everything you can imagine.

15m page views a day is big.   Personally I'd put google ads on it because Im unskilled and thats surely easy to do but obviously there is multiple options, so nobody walking away from that potential money, doesnt add up.

     Ive done the ads route before and it was just hard to get the views up, I got a free monitor out of it from a popular video and thats about it but just my brief experience is telling me this is literally money thrown away if not used for some purpose.   They got the views, done the work equal of climbing up a cliff-face bare hands; I dont see them letting go dramatic as that might be its too much wasted effort and I disagree with many posts on basic logic reasons tbh.

Btw the FUN token is dead. Everyone holding it is experiencing a financial loss. You can look at charts and see that the price of FUN token is only going down.

If not the end of the site, then what is it?

I'm not so sure about the site, but the fun token is at its lowest since freebitco.in endorsed it. The price had been below before and with the endorsement the price was revitalized for several months, almost a year, but it's been a couple of years since the token price has a clear trend to 0.

With that cases happen I think it provably so hard to revive back the price of FUN token especially they are facing major challenges especially their casino is in questionable condition. Although we see some effort of fixing those issues but there's still problem showing up and I guess that reflect the  interest of people then they never think about its good to acquire fun token since they don't find it reliable casino token at the moment.

But let see what will happen and if they could fix those issues creating doubts on the mind of people since if they make their operation goes back to normal or as smooth as before, maybe with this those people who use to acquire Fun token maybe would decide to acquire again and the price would not come into that figures you mentioned.

No way. Now back to reality.
