What the heck are you talking about? Any number of people can use a single account in any site. That is common sense. There is nothing wrong with this but there is also no way to prove that there are actually 6 of your family that uses 6 different accounts with the same IP. It could be only one person playing with 6 different accounts trying to abuse the free claim. Im not judging you but Im telling you that this could be a possibility that freebitco.in could come into if they recorded 6 different accounts collecting free claims in their site so those accounts could be banned

If you have one account only and using the VPN to get rid of ISP block then there will be no problem. But the user ‘johnbiden218’ wants to create multiple account from same IP and he would like to use VPN to avoid the same IP restrictions. That's why I advised him to avoid VPN. Alot of luck is needed for the lottery win just like the faucet I figure its hard to get. The low tickets will pop up because there is so many collectively who holding just a small amount every week, so as a group one of them wins more often with seemingly incredible odds to do so. The odds are correct, it is very hard to win with even a thousand tickets. I've gotten near the faucet win but never close enough to really collect much substantial apart from the fact old faucet now count for tons more because BTC rose alot.

To be honest, a lot of VPNs are promoting their product to get into geo-restricted gambling platforms, so I guess what matters the most is the multiple accounts that abuse the benefits.
I use VPN regularly when I play at Stake & Roobet, So far I have not had any problems. A few days ago Roobet has given me a message like this, then I've contacted their support and they ensured me, Using VPN will never break their TOS, I'm free to use VPN but for once I have to show them my real IP. After successfully verifying my location now I can smoothly play by using VPN and that warning message is also disappeard.
So, using VPN at gambling platforms is ok if there is no written prohibition in the TOS.
