My son accidentally reset (restore factory setting) my phone, all application has been deleted including the Google authenticator.

I don't mind trading the in house coin for bitcoin and visaversa, even if the required number of FUN tokens required rises exponentially for each level of game play.  I have a concern that should I want to shift the tokens to an external wallet (for any reason at all) that I'm going to be charged a small fortune for the privilege.

If it's hacking and someone is messing with fbc's accounts, if I was TheQuin I'd be concerned about my users' security and I'd start making stricter security policies. For example, an "active sessions" pages would be a nice addition.

I guess there are always some people who will claim weird things about their situation and they are never in the wrong, even if they know it themselves they will not accept it, it is just someone else's fault and it will always be like that. There are millions methods to try to get your money back after you lose them, none of them works and some reason these people think maybe one of them will work. Even if you were to be hacked, how is that freebitcoins fault? They are not the ones that gaveaway your password to someone, it is you that got hacked so why would they be responsible for your loss?

Firstly, hacker won't be able to withdraw your balance to his own wallet. Because freebitco will send a confirmation message to your email if the hacker use different address to withdraw. So they try the multiply btc game with the amount. Secondly, the hacker maybe got your IP address, email, password from a phishing website and gained the access of your account by setting up the same IP on his device. Cause you would receive a authorization email if anyone else tried to login from a new IP.

This kind of thing also happened before with other user. There was a case where hacker increased the account balance of a user by playing the multiply game. The hacker turned 0.018~ btc into 0.45~ btc and didn't lose it (See the post).

4)If it was an automated malware, it would have no support for FUN tokens, as it was recently introduced and looks difficult to update a malware so quickly. But my FUN token was sold.
5)I actually agree with you with the fact it's veery unlikely that it was the official website's fault.
But since I can't prove it was me/hacked/one of my devices, also they can't prove it wasn't them.
I DO want to prove it was my fault. But I can't do it because there is no data.
Nothing can be excluded 100%.
