Is it true that what I read can receive promotional emails more than once a day containing free spins for WOF? Even when this game starts, I only get one spin. I can no longer play Hi-Lo here even though both WOF and the premium membership program have not been introduced before. Because now, every time I reach the available balance that I can buy at least one token, I immediately buy it from the accumulated free sat rolls. Maybe it's time for me to try my luck again in the Hi-Lo game and if so please I can also receive more than one free spins a day.

I don't think so. I've been getting one every day, sometimes even 2 (not all the time but I do recall days with two spins) and I usually just play 2 days' worth of spins at the same time (therefore missing a couple after their 48hr expiry hehe).

Yeah, those bounties sometimes take months and months before they can arrive and by that time they worth absolutely nothing lol. Same here Mate , I have not receive either before then after i Played and Loss all my funds , in Lunch time there comes an Email again indicating my Free spins meaning i have 2 spins in Morning and in afternoon that covers the Missing one .
There might be Some Bug in the site that they have fixed in the following day so the missing spin has been paid off after playing Hi-Lo .

The same thing applies to all bets. If there is a short postponement and a new date is announced we will hold the bets until the game is played otherwise if it is indefinite we will refund the bets.

Every promotional email I have received has always included a free wheel spin. It could be that your adblocker is blocking third party trackers and that's why you're not seeing the images you need to click on to redeem the spin.

I thought I was pretty clear tbh lol ; as its expiry is 48 hours its worth checking you cant also claim the prior day at the same time.   2 different emails but you cant do more then this.   The person who said they didnt get anything at all, the only reason I can think of is you got the email but the images within that email did not appear so you read the newsletter but see no entry to the wheel of fortune spin and thats related to network latency of retrieving all the elements to an email.   Wait a minute possibly or you might need to try again close reopen it, as if you dont get the image loaded it will appear you never got an entry perhaps.  I noticed that as a slight effect though only for a moment. Old emails used to have alternate text showing, surely some people still block images I dont know its just an idea.
  The other thing I do is forward the email by rule to another inbox, computer, os even so its possible that helps you load the entire email 100%
