Why is FreeBitco.in asking me to change my email address to a gmail address? I can't make any faucet claims because of this.

Try to check if the email really came from freebitco since there are so many scammers who do this act and might they use this to deceive users to steal their password, but if they are the one who send it much better to comply on what they required so that you will enjoy their games and site features.

It was on the FreeBitco.in site where there was a message that that told me I had an invalid email.

I doubt he will collect it, dude probably hasn't even logged in a long time as well if he is as old as that and hasn't even used free roll and only got one ticket all week from just one affiliate rolling only once. Like all of that combined tells me that this dude is basically just a guy who is no longer on the website anymore.

TheQuin could probably be the only person who has access to something like that, he can probably check and say when was the last time he visited the website and if he is still active time to time. If he is a guy who visits like once a month or so, or maybe even once every few months, that is still cool, he will eventually come in and see that he won and be super happy. However if he hasn't visited in months that means there is a chance that money will stay there forever, at least he will earn some interest Cheesy.
As any member won any prize from lottery then system sent him an email about this so hopefully he already claimed this prize and enjoying and TheQuin is not admin he is only for freebitco.in PR and only admin can access to all accounts so he cannot check this all whats going on as its really good for members.
I just recall a similar situation with the first edition of lambo. Do we know what happened to the person who won the first lambo prize? Did they collected anything? Either the lambo or the 200k that was offered instead? Nowadays considering lambo is an Italian car, 200k worth of bitcoin looks to be a lot better deal Cheesy.

However that was a person who wasn't all that active neither I think, he got like 70 tickets or so if I do not remember wrong but that is enough to be active, unlike the 1 ticket dude. I would love to hear what happened with him, like did you guys come to an agreement, was he active? Did he get the money or the lambo? If he got the money did he kept it and collected the interest? Did he withdrew it right away? Or maybe he took the lambo offer? In that case have you sent it already? Many questions about it in my brain Cheesy.

Its best not to jump the gun especially with really established sites.   I've just spent months since October trying to get a mainstream website worth billions to return my money, all of a sudden in the middle of a global shutdown they start replying to me.    I have no doubt its not the fault of the staff exactly but I would persist politely is my advice.

A point to mention is you can not multi account this website to gain multiple free faucet payments or give yourself referrals or whatever rule break, then expect them not to take action against you.   The site is donkeys years old, they've seen it all before and if you did that then you know why theres a problem afterwards.   A small deposit is common to skip the captcha I believe but it also puts the rule breakers into some jeopardy which is pretty fair really.

March ended with the BTC price ranging between $6,001 - $6,500, and the winners received a 4.2 multiplier on their bets.

Where do you think the BTC price will end up at the end of April? Any option between $6,500 - $8,000 looks attractive right now, but you never know!

Get your Bitcoin Price bets in by 23rd April, and win BTC!

Total SCAM, i deposited 0.00123btc, went some all-ins and made instant withdrawal. Then it said i need to wait 24h but after some hours my account got removed and i can't login anymore. Send back my deposit at least.

Where is your proof? Post your txid? These guys have been around for years and we have seen many like you before. New account, 1 defamation post and disappears. That' nothing new.

Will they ever send it back?

Depends on what really happened. The owner/manager of the website is very active here. I am sure he will come and explain what happened. In the meantime you might want to send him a PM

Who is donating this amount ? Is freebitco.in is collecting this from people and would use for Covid 19 relief funds ?
Is there any contribution from the FreeBitco too ?

thanks for the reminder. yeah , many people can get confuse sometimes when it comes to email  . those who dont read properly can easily become a victim but if you will only read carefull the whole contents of the email you will see that they are fake .

by the way , i just notice that freebit are now on the campaign of collecting funds to help corona victims  . that nice and not all gambling site or faucet can be able to do this kind of generousity  . now it forces users to play for a good cause while also earning something good if ever they got lucky

On the other hand, those who fall victim would learn their lesson and be more vigilant. It happened to me some years back although I've always been wary of scams.

It's like the "Once bitten, twice shy" idiom.
Yeah when you get scammed once, it is harder to ever get scammed. I was scammed by a cloud mining operation once for example, it was not a nice feeling and I will always remember it. I wasn't fully scammed because I managed to sell my cloud mining operation before they turned out to be a scam but I didn't know they were a scam when I invested and sold it, so the buyer who got it from me really made a big scene, thankfully all the trouble was on the company and not me but that was caved into my brain to never leave again.

Now I do not trust the cloud mining companies as a whole, could some of them be true? Sure, but at least I do not invest into good ones in order to stay away from bad ones as well. I would like to also congratulate freebitcoin on the help they are doing as well, that is a very noble gesture guys.

Yup, I got that email too, but trust me,,, there are loads of other services that probably sell our data to other people, especially once the site closes down, they will use your email to try for every service, whether or not you use it. So for FBC for example,,, it may not necessarily be that they know you have an account there, they just send a FBC email to all the list they have in the hopes someone tries.

It's legit, Quin has already addressed the matter.

Because an email we sent you bounced back as undeliverable. Check you didn't exceed your storage limit or something and then contact your email provider to ask them why they bounced it.

No, I don't do PR that's someone else. I manage all day to day running of the site and I already posted that the winner's account hasn't been used for over 2 years and they got the ticket from 1 free roll by a referral. We send the winners an email to tell them they won so one day they may come back for it. The longer that takes the more interest they will earn.

You got to be in it to win it  Grin   Thats got to be the most extreme win I've seen in a while.    I once won the grand prize in a fair lottery just by purchasing the very last ticket sold, somehow that helped ?   Never been as lucky since but anythings possible.

perhaps FBC could bring back the mining feature via a separate subdomain (mining.freebitco.in)
Sounds cool to me, any regulatory software always gives a little bit of hassle regarding crypto just about any download it encounters.   Thats because most anti virus revenue is from business and work place regulation of strict software approved protocols etc.   Would be good if I could flick the switch for cool your jets on crypto dude but most allow whitelist.      I was always a fan of the group efforts or managed pools for mining if that were a possible, I've been watching ETH and for when it could switch to POS or proof of stake.   Thats one possible, they allow staking but its only really large amounts which could relate to FBC if it were considered viable.

I know there may not be too much of an attention to it, but if you are going to make some sort of donation to them, could you please open up a tab that we can donate as well? I do not want to gamble away the money to give it to charity.

If you could open a tab that is directly donating to the charity it would be much much better for us because I would straight up donate it all to them, they need it a lot more than I do right now and this is money I didn't really spent neither, it is all from affiliates and free rolls and interests, so I am willing to give them all to the non-profit health organizations. You can still donate your house edge at any time you want, that would be YOUR donation and that is awesome, but would be great if we could donate as well.

If that winner didn't respond or claim the prize, can it be split among us here? Cheesy
I don't think so,
The prize must be there whenever the user log into his account
