What I can see is that they are service providers. It's not like a freelancing service where you can get any service from a lot of individuals.
I guess that's what OP wants to say, a service provider that consists of freelancers — as a team though, and that is the site he mentioned. It sounds like new to me. If asking about experience, only crypto project owners and managers can say that, hiring such team requires budget and security as they are new, better to have an escrow when dealing with them.
Their website name is a bit familiar as there is an existing project to it (.com), and its looks not a good choice using that the same name, only with different domain extension (.net)

What I can see is that they are service providers. It's not like a freelancing service where you can get any service from a lot of individuals. Freelancing sites mean they will be a marketplace, not a service provider. However, I haven't heard about them and haven't used them yet. So if you need anything from them, just do your own research. I think you can get maximum crypto service from this forum. Just go to the Seevice section and post there what you need. Just make sure you are going to use a trusted person; otherwise, you can use escrow services.

Never had of it. Maybe because it's a fair new website that probably launched late last year. There is not so much activity or information about it via the search engines. Maybe it's best to avoid it right now until they establish themselves

Try platforms like Gitcoin (it now redirects to https://app.buidlbox.io/). I did some few freelancing jobs back then through that platform, the funds were kept in smart contacts and released once the employer was satisfied with the tasks.
You can create a task and depending on how simple or attractive the rates are, freelancers will apply, and you will approve them based on several things such as their fulfillment rates.

I have not heard about this service or used it before, from what i read in the website, they offer different services to crypto projects, you have to be certain that they are legitimate and not a scam before you pay them for anything. I just did a quick research and what i found is coinlancer.com, it looks like it is a service built on the Ethereum platform that connects freelancers to job clients in a decentralized way, take note that i have used neither of these services and this is not an endorsement for you to use it.
