What I can see is that they are service providers. It's not like a freelancing service where you can get any service from a lot of individuals.
I guess that's what OP wants to say, a service provider that consists of freelancers — as a team though, and that is the site he mentioned. It sounds like new to me. If asking about experience, only crypto project owners and managers can say that, hiring such team requires budget and security as they are new, better to have an escrow when dealing with them. Their website name is a bit familiar as there is an existing project to it (.com), and its looks not a good choice using that the same name, only with different domain extension (.net)
